I use Hotmail. I get very little spam (one a week) and I report it as junk mail. I have filters on so I don't get forwards. I only get e-mail from a few friends and family once a while and Hotmail upgraded me to 250 MBs, so I'm happy. However, I'll give Thunderbird a vote since I love and use Firefox and have loyalty to open-source free software.

3 years ago when I got my first PC (P3, 733 MHz, 128 RAM, Voodoo FX 4800 AGP 32 MB video card) it came with Windows ME. It worked for the first little bit until I was running a few programs and it just sllllloooowwwwweeeeddddd down. Seriously I could click the minimize button and go downstairs, get a drink and pet the dog and come back up just as the window was finishing the minimization. This was before I knew anything about Prefetch, Cache, Temp, Tweaks, etc, but you shouldn't have to know about that stuff for a PC to run good. Windows ME would literally stutter and restart itself! WINME = worst OS EVER. Windows XP SP2 nLited.

I dispise M$. I like their OS when it's nLited, but their website is a bit of an extreme representation of how highly they think of themselves, despite their lack of understanding about security. Some things hidden within their site that I have stumbled upon give me a bit of new knowledge, but I voted No.

if I was to get a tattoo, it'd be a unique representation of Good VS Evil or a Man's internal struggle against himself. Something psychological like that. Maybe a little nLite tattoo somewhere. I like the one with the 0's and 1's on the girl's leg. At least I hope it's a girl's leg.

Very sorry to hear that. I tried smoking when I was 14 (5 years ago) and quit before it got out of hand. I don't hate people who smoke, I hate that they smoke. I can't stand the smell of it. If I walk by someone smoking, I hold my breath until I'm passed them a little ways. I find it repulsive and unattractive. I can't begin to comprehend how a non-smoker could possibly enjoy kissing a smoker. I had a fling with a girl a few years ago who smoked. She invited me over and down into her basement. I went to kiss her and could smell it on her breath and barely gave her an actual kiss (didn't even open my mouth) and asked her if she thought I was a good kisser. I knew she wasn't being truthful when she said "You're pretty good". I just wanted to see what she'd say, lol. How disgusting... I'm proud of all of you who don't!

Cable. Have downloaded 1, 2 and 3 MB files instantly before, but it took me about 6 mins to DL SP2 at 550+ KBs so...I voted for 512.

Despite accidentally clicking "Null Vote", take away 6 hours for school and 6-8 hours of sleep, I have a tab open for the forums. If I'm at the PC, I have the forum open.

I have the PSTwo. I like it. Minimalistic just like nLite minimizes XP.

I sweat my a** off, p***ed myself and had not so pleasant dreams because I played Doom 3. Some people get really into the games they play. If I came up to a place I had to use my flashlight in Doom 3...I had to have all the lights on and TV going and music and someone near by, otherwise I was scared to death, lol. I had to have a few cheats on, otherwise I would never beat it. I like to see bosses and cut scenes so I just like to get through a game to see them. Half-Life 2 does not suck. It is very realistic and the AI is really good. Maybe the storyline and lack of dozens of levels is disappointing to some people, but the gameplay is good and so are the graphics! Doom 3 and HL2 are really the only games I've played recently. Like in years... I played Star Wars Jedi Outcast for the same reason as I played Doom 3 and thought that was good too. Also Worms 3D. Other than those, I haven't played any other games.

Yes, they can. There are several "alternative" methods to using Windows Updates without IE. And the truest way of removing IE at this point is using nLite. If you're running SP1 you can use Daisy http://vtmig.w2k.vt.edu/. If you're using SP2, there's one other method but I forget. Sorry. If you nLite your system and integrate SP2 with it, there really isn't much left to update, especially if you remove IE.

IE sucks anyway. Switch to Opera or Firefox. You'll be better off.
