I managed to lose the deal for D-link too I got an IPTime that I may say works great and does its job very well. Mind you, it's packed with features that only some advanced routers have and I got it for $30!

There's nothing wrong with the pc. That buzzing is due to faulty power filtration of the speakers. Usually a capacitor in the power unit of the speakers is either dry or dead. Any local electronic service shop will get them fixed in no-time.

Maybe your processor supports hardware DEP. Check your BIOS to make sure it is disabled or install newer drivers from AMD.

Turn off DEP.
