Yep,the fork of 48.0.2 might be unnecessary but i've wanted to one day maintain it... https://github.com/LeoKids/Yansu You can fork it and merge changes to it...

Also in my case it's more difficult 'cause I use Spanish language. Almost impossible to find those updates today. They seem to have been intentionally deleted from everywhere. I had to go in the config editor and set *general.useragent.compatMode.firefox* to true. Then the Microsoft login page displayed properly and worked. Hope it helps some folks, I am using windows server 2003 Finally! It was so simple too. Just change the UA and it works! I could've used this years ago! Unfortunately it comes too late for me. My workplace has a new "security" admin who refuses to authorize any app other than M$ Outlook. (Well, he did relent and authorize GMail for phones.) MailNews looks like Mozilla Thunderbird. Thunderbird is perfectly fine from a security standpoint, but he's not going to unblock it because "why do I need to use another email client besides Outlook?" Still, it's nice to know that it's at least possible on XP again.

Private accounts are not supported. I tried to configure my old, private hotmail.com account but a message came up that private accounts are not supported.
