What do i have to do to make this work...there seems to be always something removed by the shrinker that Office needs in order to install. This has happen in the past with other files (i've posted the problem in this thread), and my shrinking of office is done in a VMware machine with no office installed.

Let me know if i need to post my unattended files for Offcie or my settings for my CD made with nlite.

Can i use this program to shrink the visio source also? If not is there any way to shrink it besides using an sfx archive?

for me it's starting ask for the office 2003 and the windows install starts after that nothing is happening

Run this on a clean install of Windows. 

what happens if its not a clean windows? virtual pc goes way too slow on my machine...

u need 2 run it on a clean install (without office previously being installed, cuz it installs office then checks which programs should/could be removed)

Vmware.. is tha freeware or no? also, it runs better than vpc? vpc goes sooooo slow fore me.
