Could it be that I used the wrong program to make the unattended answer file?

What should I use?

Edit: I made the "unattended answer file" like this:

Is there any chance that this combination is not working, i´m using:

- XP Pro SP2 English OEM

- Office 2003 Resource Kit Tools (English)

- Office 2003 Spanish

So far I could not find Office 2003 Resource Kit Tools Spanish, so I think I used the right tools...

are the error messages in english or spanish?

They are Spanish, so it must be Office

This Office version is without Frontpage, but still I think it should work... Is there only one person that shrinked the Spanish Office? or are there more?

haha i dont know... but i know for sure that SimonSays managed to shrink the spanish version of office.

He was the impetus for me to make a multilengual version of shrink.

My office xp that I shrunk with your program seems to work half the time, and the other half the time I have to run it twice to get it working. Just today I couldn't get it to install at all. It gets to the end of the configuring office status bar thingie and then starts going backwards and exits. Can someone please explain why it is doing this? I would give you a log file but I found none.

--update--

After adding /laceimow "office.txt", I found that it was missing a file. So... I guess I will have to run the shrinker app a third time on this distribution. More to come...

wrong, number of files copied: 0

the 7mb folder only holds the main .msi installation file.

maybe a problem with an administrative sp1 installation of office or wrong shrink version.

I have just installed the full Office2k3 (w/Unattended.mst) & I have SP1+Email Filter slipstreamed (no update on OfficeUpdate)

Any ideas?

Hi, I'm using an Adminstrative Office 2003 Dutch slipstreamed with SP-1 and outllok spam update but I get stuck with the striping proces.

First point. Dutch settings are incorrect with Windows XP SP-2:

should be fixed. Installation get stuck after 85 MB is copied over (About 140 MB to install I guess)

This goes on and on and on, so shrink stopped working I think. I think the files without extensions are the real problem here
