  2. If you get any crashes in freebl, security/nss/lib/freebl/verified/FStar.c is probably the reason why.
  3. alright fixed. https://github.com/roytam1/palemoon27/commit/4b17002b2d927dc83ff92d8b0bd2005398fb5816
  4. Hi, i found another bug with enhanced classic taskbar enabled in build 26100.268. I use Dynamic Theme App from Store for desktop background. So when i wake my pc from sleep the wallpaper from dynamic theme disappears and i have a black wallpaper. I have to reapply the wallpaper back from Dynamic Theme to get it back. With enhanced classic taskbar disabled and enhanced classic start menu enabled clicking once on start logo with the mouse it opens the start menu but if i click the second time it should close but it doesn't it just opens the start menu again really fast. Using the keyboard button for start second time, the behavior is normal and it closes the start menu. It's very annoying not being able to to close the start menu with the mouse so using enhanced classic start menu enabled enhanced classic taskbar disabled is a no go for me.
  5. Hello all! I'd recommend you to join the WUR Discord Server if you want quick help from us. However, concerning @Condor.07's problem, I can tell that there are no inventories for this configuration in Italian. @Tru8Ins00er What do you mean "you can't install IE5.5"?
  6. Today
  7. Try selecting "Enable VGA mode" from the F8 menu. Maybe some program changed the screen settings and they became incompatible with the base driver.
  8. Where are you getting that from? AFAIK everything Chromium based is Blink, WebKit is mostly present on Apple's devices. I'm not aware of any readily downloadable recent web browser available for any Windows version based on WebKit. Otter Browser? On Linux, there's Gnome WEB, might be more updated. Haven't tried either. It simply doesn't happen here.
  9. That could be the problem. There's internet out there beyond MSFN, but perhaps some of us have become too stuck in our ways. I have a hunch all this repetitive discussion about web browsers and merits of Windows version XYZ is more mentally draining than we realize. @Sampei.Nihira Agreed, too many complications. I also don't like smartphone as mandatory key for these things. I don't even mind smartphones, moderate use is the key, but this crazy society takes everything to extremes.
  10. Yup. Disabling the ungoogled supermium mode in flags AND deleting the --ungoogled-supermium switch makes GM and YT work again. In the previous version, they worked even with ungoogled supermium mode in flags.
  11. enable ungoogled supermium mode in shortcut creates the bug with the youtube and gmail. x64 version
  12. GM and YT work in vanilla profile, albeit with all the adds and scripts I don't like. In my usual profile (with tweaks, switches and flags with which they used to work) they don't work anymore (with ungoogled switches or not). In GM, the problem is non-functioning buttons next and such, which prevents login. In YT, empty portal, no search bar. The compact-ui switch now cuts tabs heigh in half, but without adjuting fonts, so the titles are also (vertically) cut in half. With my tweaked settings, I managed to get rid of google.com altogether from the list of search engines. Still, I can only use bing or yahoo. I would like to know how to add and make default searches of my choice. On the bright side, chrome processes close on exiting supermium. PS: a previous version of this post just dissappeared.
  13. YT works as I like it, plain portal with functional search and (which I don't like) bloated full of ads play, in vanilla supermium. In my usual profile (now ungoogled or not), neither portal nor search bar show up. So it's something in the many tweaks and settings that used to work, even in this site, in the previous version. I also note that somehow I managed to get rid of google.com as search engine. Still, I'm only left with bing or yahoo as search engine options. I wonder where and how to include other search engines. On a positive note: chrome processes don't hang open after closing supermium, when the switches instructing it to do so are in place. Aslo: switch compact-ui cuts tabs in half, but the font is not affected, leaving the lettering in the tab title cut in half.
  14. Works for me, though drops frames in XP, as do earlier versions. Works fine on Vista+ (decent HW, e.g. browsers like 360Chrome & Mypal don't drop frames).
  15. It's actually available on Archive.org: https://archive.org/details/vfw11d But it contains nothing related to DCI DDK, unfortunately.
  16. youtube does not load with the new version and cannot login to gmail
  17. I prefer the GUI in 122. But it's still "not right" on my systems. Unsure why nobody else is seeing the left edge of GUI fonts being cut off. 122 is also faster, but not by enough that typical browsing would likely even notice.
  18. @roytam1 I should admit the reason why I want an Arctic-Fox fork to work with Windows 2000 is because your builds work with Windows XP SP2 and later. That means users will request a browser that works on "Windows XP". Since I don't like the idea of restricting service pack compatibility, if someone wants a browser that works on Windows XP, and they get it from me, they'll get something that works on the original version of Windows XP. Since Windows 2000 and XP require the same versions of Visual C++ to be used (2008 or earlier), I just as well try Windows 2000 support too. If for some reason you are no longer able to publish your browser builds, it would be nice to offer this community something newer than a fork of Pale Moon 26.5.0. Also, Firefox 31+ and Arctic Fox is much faster at compilation than Pale/New Moon 26.5.0, and UXP browsers (for now).
  19. Does Firefox 52.9 run on your system? Newmoon has the requirements of 52.9, too. And make sure, that you have set KernelEx compatibility mode XPSP3 or Win7 on palemoon.exe.
  20. Well it will be rolled into next update as you're rare casualty.
  21. The first thing I thought of when I read CMOVcc was i686 compatible, lacking that will probably mean i586 CPU support, and if I need an OS target for an i586 CPU, I'll go for Windows 95...
  22. It's not that I'm very clear on how to differentiate one from the other, but 360 Extreme Explorer uses Webkit2 engine.
  23. Sorry, I confused the terms. I meant a VL-VOL-VLK copy. These do not have a repair console or the option to install with repair.
  24. is this an ongoing project or will the 108 not be upgraded anymore ? how does it perform in comparison to Supermium 122 ?
  25. CMOVcc requires Pentium Pro and later (i.e. i686) not Pentium MMX(it has no support to CMOVcc). In i586 world, only Cyrix 6x86MX/MII supports it.
  26. As I understand it, CMOVcc is a conditional move instruction set supported on Pentium MMX and newer CPUs with some exceptions. Why do you not want CMOVcc? I don't personally care either way, so I'm just curious why you don't want it.
