Ebola is not transmitted by air... Physical contact and secretions, you think many people are going to be touching that person with bare skin? -
I am trying to get some funds together because I have a amazing opportunity arise. Basically I am going to be able to get a small house of my own to own if I can get the back taxes and license fees paid for. Any donations would be super helpful. Anyone who donates $50 USD or more will be given A WPI corp license in their name to carry and use for whatever place they work for. This may be one of the best things to happen to me in a while. Target goal to cover all costs: $1,000

wpi some bugs please help

Thats why manual editing of the config is discouraged... -
On archaic systems (I mean some real P.O.S. ones) Win7 has always ended up being a better performer for me than vista. I see lots of arguing here that you can Extremely easily change the word Vista for Seven and still be saying the same thing. If I had a choice (Which I do) I would always go from Xp then Seven. Just for the fact that the obtainable, hardware, drivers, games and progs for seven are so much more obtainable than Vista. Unless you have a license for vista honestly it shouldn't even be considered. Seven is in essence what service pack 2 was for xp just for vista.

[OLD] Aero Glass for Win8.1+
Kelsenellenelvian replied to bigmuscle's topic in Aero Glass For Windows 8+
Actually I can solve your problem rather easily! Don't use Aero Glass at all then... Seriously did you not take your Valium this morning? WPI Guru indeed! lol That is not solving or addressing the problem. Solves the problem I see. He tries a prog and doesn't like the results then comes here being a donkey. -

[8.7.2] using REGEDIT on 64bit system
Kelsenellenelvian replied to gilles_gros's topic in Windows Post-Install Wizard (WPI)
That option was only implemented while we were learning about handling 64 bit issues. All of the internal has been changed to natively run different on x86 or x64. Thanks for the regedit code suggestion i'll look at adding it in. -
I need those of you that have been having the errors on startup to try this wpi.hta and tell me the results please. This fixes the script errors and the interface bugs. HOWEVER! There are no file version checks in this so DO NOT use it with any older user files! ONLY use this with v8+ user files. WPI.7z

Somehow your wpi.hta has been modified. There is no other way to explain this error. -
xp home sp3 in reboot loop, no f8,no bsod, OEM sp1 need Slipstream BD
Kelsenellenelvian replied to <3DPRSNOW's topic in nLite
The issue is that you chose a 64 bit iso which is a OS option that is too advanced for your system. You have a 32 bit system (x86 architecture in geek speak) You need to grab the other iso. EDIT = This one ----> http://msft.digitalrivercontent.net/win/X17-59183.iso- 72 replies

[OLD] Aero Glass for Win8.1+
Kelsenellenelvian replied to bigmuscle's topic in Aero Glass For Windows 8+
Just because it is Chrome's problem. If it is problem of Aero Glass then it would influence also other applications. But when Aero Glass is not installed, I am not experiencing any RAM Spikes. Like I mentioned earlier, this particular issue is plaguing Google Chrome only. Here's the List of Extensions & Userscripts currently installed on my system. I see no ram issues in these shots. I do however see that you hate ads with a near total OCD problem. Do you really need a dozen or so ad block programs? Heres mine with a handful of extensions: -

@ submix8c = That's why I was going for a repair installation. You are right though about the product key part. That ebay listing is (Supposedly) for a legit activate-able set. Awesome idea about the sata and a external measures though. I can't think of a easy way thats legal for you to run a chkdsk but jaclaz or submix8c might. I would still get that ebay auction though. Even if the issue your having is fixed your likely at some point going to need a xp disk. Their only going to go up in price for awhile.- 72 replies

[OLD] Aero Glass for Win8.1+
Kelsenellenelvian replied to bigmuscle's topic in Aero Glass For Windows 8+
I like chrome but this multiple process crap is just that crap. After looking at your processes it looks like the 4 that your having issues are probably extensions that have memory leak issues. If it was aero glass all of the chrome procs would be over a gig like that. Plus your gpu proc is only 100 megs. That's not conducive to aero burning up your ram. Your gpu usage would be lots higher. This http://www.howtogeek.com/124218/why-does-chrome-have-so-many-open-processes/ will explain to you how to see which extensions are eating all your ram.
