I opened this site in 11 on Chrome 99, and it redirected me to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-update-faq-8a903416-6f45-0718-f5c7-375e92dddeb2.

This is a very sad moment I have ever seen, because MSFN was such a great place for me to stay in. +1, and I wish you the best too, haven't seen you on MSFN in a while. I hope things are going well for you.

For me, updating through MU/WU is the easiest way as you. I really never expected to see that the Windows Update webpage can be accessed through the ProxHTTPSroxy way, thanks to you @AstroSkipper and @maile3241 ! If it wasn't for that way, I'd continue updating XP using the WUMT way. (the video provided by @i430VX)

i'm afraid it's not anymore alive, since the creator (WildBill) is long gone. The kernel you can use for now is blackwingcat's extended kernel.

Yes, it is.

The best I found that can do this is WinMetro. It doesn't exactly return Windows 8.1 start screen, but at least an alternative. Maybe someone else can come up with a better solution than me. Note: You must run WinMetro setup installer in Windows 7 compatibility mode to install it. The application itself runs fine. (it also asks to install additional software once setup completes, don't install them.)

I have the same question.

KernelXE - My Unofficial Windows 2000 Kernel

Clipboard and drag and drop both work for me with BWC's extended kernel installed. Your system (or VM) must be having a misconfiguration. There are sometimes blog posts & comments in english. -
It's ok. Turn off auto-translator to avoid such mistakes in the future.

Actually, you can speak in your language as long as you provide an English translation to your own post. MSFN Rule 2.d:

My Browser Builds (Part 3)
mina7601 replied to roytam1's topic in Browsers working on Older NT-Family OSes
Happened on Chrome 49 too. Started happening yesterday. Couldn't use Google properly until I spoofed it as Chrome 58 (OS version doesn't matter in this case), which fixed the issue. But, the problem is more worse with Chrome 49. You input something (of course new, not used, since inputting something used recently will open the search results straight immediately) to search for in the address bar (while being at the New Tab page), it opens google.com instead of the search results. But, if you spoof it to Chrome 58 (while still being at New Tab page), and input something to search for in the address bar (used or new, doesn't matter), then it opens the search results straight immediately. -
Hey there Damnation, I wish you good luck on your project.

Extended Kernel v3.1, a major update, has been released today. (in addition to this - @piotrhn, extended kernel v3.1 now makes Blender 2.80 run on Windows 2000!)
