Hi .. I was under the impression that most proxies are compromised, but not sure. The only 1 I still (sort of) trust is https://kproxy.com/ Hope we can find some good ones left.

Hello there .. Hope all is well. Am using your new build and it seems better. I don't know what you changed but I notice improvement. Thank you very much :) Also: Removed the *ugly* Franklin Gothic fonts. framd and framdit So much better and a little faster on some sites now. Thank you @D.Draker @Dave-H @NotHereToPlayGamesand I needed to clean up my fonts anyway. You should see some of the crappy fonts I'm collected over the years. I can imagine 7 is bad, I've never used it but it doesn't look pleasing by the pictures. Vista looks nice and 8 looks awful to me. 10 Looks nice but I couldn't run that on this rig with this little resources. Wouldn't want to anyway. But glad I read your postings. Sorry I've been absent lately.

Will give this a try and report back my findings. Do you have an opinion on this and would disabling this perhaps help us on V11? Enable pixel canvas recording Pixel canvas recording allows the compositor to raster contents aligned with the pixel and improves text rendering. This should be enabled when a device is using fractional scale factor. – Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS #enable-pixel-canvas-recording EDIT: Will try also these on V11, but I'm hoping to optimize my videos in v113.5 because that is (partly) why I can't use it. Oh and while Dixel's version is very good and secure and private, its just too much for my turtle of a computer Hardware-accelerated video decode (Will Disable) Hardware-accelerated video decode where available. – Mac, Windows, Chrome OS, Android #disable-accelerated-video-decode Disabled Enabled Cast Streaming hardware video encoding (Will Disable) This option enables support in Cast Streaming for encoding video streams using platform hardware. – Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, Android #disable-cast-streaming-hw-encoding Disabled Enabled WebRTC H.264 software video encoder/decoder (Will Disable) When enabled, an H.264 software video encoder/decoder pair is included. If a hardware encoder/decoder is also available it may be used instead of this encoder/decoder. – Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS #enable-webrtc-h264-with-openh264-ffmpeg DefaultEnabledDisabled Disabled Enabled Optimize background video playback. (Will Enable) Disable video tracks when the video is played in the background to optimize performance. – Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, Android #disable-background-video-track DefaultEnabledDisabled Disabled Enabled Enable the use of SurfaceLayer objects for videos. (Will Disable) Enable compositing onto a Surface instead of a VideoLayer for videos. – Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, Android #enable-surfaces-for-videos

Hello there ... Its been happening to me on v11. I'll log in here and post, scrolling is become choppy over the last several weeks now because of changes here, I'll open another forum and post or look at something, close that page, all all the text is missing here and have to close the browser and run ccleaner and then its ok. I'll make sure to screen shot next time. This is (indeed) unfortunate because videos only pay properly in v11. V12 is no different playing videos than 13. I tried disabling every flag that even looks slightly applicable and this is still happening. sorry still trying to find what you told us disable and will edit this posting. Again, thank you for your attention :)

Took most of the day offline to do this full scan and repair. So funny, no errors or warning but S.M.A.R.T is still detecting bad sector and eminent failure. Sort of wish I understood the values and what they mean, but I'm so clueless it not even funny I'm guessing that is also showing/reporting weak sectors. The hardware check/test didn't go so well but I forgot to get the screen grab. Anyways.. Sorry for hijacking your thread and hopefully our hard drives will last longer. I'm sure there be folks on that are going... dang, I hope something will kill off that crazy nuts computer so we don't have to hear anymore nonsense (me, of course). Lol Good luck and keep us posted as I'm sure others likely haven't seen it yet and will help you as they helped me; and actually, it was @Dixel that recommended the full format to me, but I've yet to do it, just too much going on in real life, sad to say. EDIT: Funny (not 'haha' funny) HD Tune paints a better picture as OK in Green ... hate to admit my computer is in a bad location very close to the radiator. Need to do something as I tend to run high.

Hi @jaclaz.. Do you recommend running it in safe mode? As I said, you helped me (along with others kind members) in my own thread regarding bad sectors and either it didn't fix it last year, or this is another new one. I don't know?

Sort of in the same postilion as you and while I know this hard drive is not reliable and can't be trusted, everything runs fine and I can do everything I need to do with this. The strange thing is, I'm also using Victoria and have run the very long 'Test & Repair' and still can not remap the 1 pending sector, but its not spreading. I've ticked "remap" and "read" (also tried "write") but it won't remap or erase - the scan read no errors. I think I only had 30 uncorrectable ECC Errors last year and I've now 43. Otherwise, I'm quite surprised that this Seagate is still working considering. EDIT: Later today, I'm try the repair job again as it take several hours for me. I did also chkdsk f/x/r and S.M.A.R.T is still reporting pending sector and I'm cleared all logs, in fact, I removed all trace of it only until today to see again for your posting. I will say, given its age, these seem to be a very tough hard drive. I'm glad however that your bad sectors were remapped successfully with your complete format ... the only thing I've not done as of yet. :)

Very nice! Life can be very toxic and we all could use a detox and appreciate (shift focus on) what is right rather than always focus on what is not. What a amazing world this would be without the toxicity that spreads all too easily. We all have the ability to spread love; I'm not saying pretend things are bed-of-roses, but every rose has its thorn, and, though, hard to sometimes find, look for the silver lining. If 10 things bother us, try to find 9 that are good each day, even if waking up and breathe fresh air and look at nature ... nature never lets us down. Just one question: Can I join in and participate in your thread? Hope so ... if not, is okay regardless, either way. Take good care, ~Sal Beauty is power; a smile is its sword.

Yeah, I've been working on my 52.9.1 and trying to compare the prefs to match Serpent as much as possible. I had insomnia last night decided instead of worry, I'ld just sit here in the dark and work on it. Serpent 52 seems to work better (for me) than 55 and I can only go so far with FF, but the strange thing is some sites will load in FF52.9.1 (when I sppof FF62) but not in Serpent. Ive' been having luck with spoofing FF78 or FF91 on Serpent 52 with most sites. But I don't know why Serpent is different and what is under the hood. I'm actually find this whole thing to be quite odd to say the very least Even 360 is now starting to act up and I've run into a few white blank pages and have to close and restart. I'v starting to have issues with the scrolling and this forum especially now on V11 Artcit Foxie. I guess its just turned into running several different browsers game again. I wonder how long we will have left with XP. Sorry guys trying to correct mistakes.

My Browser Builds (Part 3)

I'm sorry, hope you guys can put up with me, I'm trying to understand and am confused, are these the proper setting as @Roytam1 also mention? I seem to be fine on most sites with this [St52.9[ and need to also update my FF52.9.1 and St55 to match and will report when I have something. The prefs that are in bold text are user set and not at the default in: Version 52.9.0 (32-bit) Build ID 20211110012942 -
Yeah, hope our developers here can work miricles for us to keep XP still worth using ... though I do admit I've been searching for other options in linux and do use Linux. I will still use Serpent but more and more sites are not working and I'm using 360 Chrome and DC Browser more. If the fixes can be merged into FF52.9.1 I'll go back to that and will update my prefs for everyone. It was you @Mathwiz that helped me with some of the prefs along wtih @VistaLover and others I'm forgetting; sorry. Actually, I"ll get on it this week. Just haven't been doing very well and this year is off to a rough start for me.

Hmmm ...Do you notice in DC Browser that videos will just stop and to animation circle will interrupt videos in the center? I don't have that text problem either, but videos play better in 360V11 for me. V12 still hase the lag, but 13 has zero lag in the address bar but its too much for my system to handle. I would say it drives me crazy, but (hate to admit it) I'm already there

My Browser Builds (Part 3)
XPerceniol replied to roytam1's topic in Browsers working on Older NT-Family OSes
Still the same issues, now on more than just MSN. Sites are expecting something regarding worker(s). I've tried those setting and it isn't helping. No issued with Chrome 360, but I know that doesn't help with Roytam's projects. I realize upstream (what used to be) never completed this in their browser so I wonder and hope Roy can come up with something to keep his browsers going for us. Its the same for FF52.9.1 and FF45ESR.
