    So I've decided to give this at try and seen if it helps ... a good man here suggested I try again with a topic as I'm finding myself intruding on others threads and bringing my nonsense and disrupting peoples projects and hard work. So ... Monday and here I am, sitting here and I feel (truly) hopeless. Don't know what to even say. Hope without effort ... empty promises and so on and whatnot. I'm honestly not sure the mods will even allow me a thread and It doesn't have to be about me and I need no rescue, life has taught me the only one that comes to save your is YOURSELF! Perhaps, I know hard sometimes, please may I ask just those 5 things in this thread. Very hard to detox in this toxic world and largely I've just avoided everything and I'm not reclusive, antisocial hermit and life is not standing still. Sometimes. sorry, have to stop and take break for a while, maybe. All I can promise is I'll try. Want to give up but just can't. Cant.

    I'm so happy to hear that :) Good you have real photos, as a kid we used to have: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Instamatic and 1 hour photo booths and would get real photos, but I don't think the new generation is into it as much as we like to have something real (as apposed to today), and life is now quite fake and superficial. Just been dealing with a lot in real life and caught up, you all know, we're all just trying to live and never easy for anybody. Hope every knew I was/am joking and all but all kidding aside, should be careful as some might actually think otherwise.

    So how are you doing? I hope you're feeling better. Do you mean you have photographs or digital only. I didn't same much and I'm not in photos my whole life maybe less than 10 pictures. My peace Lilly made me very happy this year and I'm not looking forward to trimming it ... maybe another week or so.

    Oh yeah ... I tend to struggle to stay on-topic most times. Wish I were kidding but my mind does drift often .. oh well, thank you MSFN staff for putting up with me. Agreed ... I think 5 years extra was worth it, but if I decided to fresh install again, I'd likely not update to pos ready again. See .. here's the thing: I'm going down anyway for the following: 1. Once I ordered a bagel when I knew it was the last one and an old lady behind me wanted it --- see how cruel and mean I am. 2. When I go to the coffee shoppe I take extra sugar packets when the cashier has their back turned and whistle and pretend I'm innocent as pure driven snow -- very mast man, am I. 3. I've removed all the tags from pillows and mattresses -- shhh don't tell anybody. 4. I've pulled the fire alarm just to be devious. Could go on-and-one... So "Jail" .... unfortunately, for me, its the electric chair.

    I disabled the super admin account and use my DELL account normally. Sometimes I'll switch to power user or user if trying out new things. Honestly, I'm getting the sneaky suspicion I've get trouble in group policy but wouldn't know where to began with that. Can't you just reset that to defaults?

    Hello @NotHereToPlayGames.. I've examined the reg files @cmalex kindly attached and I found it to be (almost) what I have but I went ahead and imported the file to the reg. I've reset my internet explorer and internet settings and I can't get rid of that. All the resetting and can't get rid of that. Dare I even ask ... how do I get rid of this guys? Thanks you very much and I appreciate your help. I'm (truly) at a loss here.

    I thought it was just me ... I haven't figured this out just yet, but as you can see, I'm not looking too good without it. A bit concerned about this, as well. I only enabled it to test and will promptly disable it until I get handle on this. Ah, I see handles are on sale at the local hardware store, should stop by I wonder if "managed by your system administrator" isn't good, I am THE admin with full privileges so something in the reg (must be) as I'm pos ready. I really don't know. EDIT: No malware at all and nothing obvious I can see in the registry. Perhaps I need to check deeper tomorrow when I can actually think. Thank you guys, and no need to reply.

    I do (vaguely) recall that song, but, regrettably, I've little memories (for various reasons) of that time frame as things took a wrong turn in my life a year before and I only (seriously) started to recover my life and get back up in 2017. 3rd time in rehab and I decided I had enough and there are better ways to cope that what I'd chosen for myself. Many people I knew (back then) didn't make it and their journey was too short. Anyway.. Don't mean to bring anybody down, just thought worth sharing what music can do and just how it takes you back to certain times and reflect. The energy if in the right place will live on and help others and we can learn and grow and even still draw strength from others suffering and pain. Thank you again for the share.

    Ugh ... hopefully you guys got everything working in FF52.9.1. I've uploaded current files from Serpent and everything seems to be working, but I only use it for testing now. Oops wont let me because of size, could upload elsewhere if needed, but roytams thread if you need. mozavcodec.dll mozavutil.dll vcruntime140.dll vcruntime140.dll I can't reply to VistaLover as the thread is closed (old posting) but primetime appears to not work at all anymore so I've disabled the plugins totally now. Not everything is working even in Serpent, but hopefully things will improve - keeping my fingers crossed. **cautiously optimistic**

    whereas .. just now on FF52.9.1, of course there are no overrides, though general.useragent.site_specific_overrides is still defaulted to true.     I'm wondering, going forward with Serpent, should we leave the overrides as they are - let alone the default ua. There never was basilisk for xp; so I find: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Goanna/4.8 Firefox/68.0 Basilisk/52.9.0 To be incorrect ... although, now we do have a FF68 (Mypal) for XP so I don't know how that would augur. Is "%OS_SLICE%" considered to be valid, because with general.useragent.site_specific_overrides left at true wouldn't the sites see the overrides? I wonder if Roy intends to keep these up-to-date ... hopefully so. Thank you :)

    Thank you so much and I trust that site if you recommend it. love it! So many games to chose and keep me sitting inside in this chair when I should (absolutely) be outdoors (88 degrees and sunny - beautiful) yet, I'm not and haven't left the house in almost a week and a 1/2. Not good, but I will work on it. Need sun (natural Vit D) and fresh air will help. I will try and thank you for caring. Sort of have no place anymore online and really don't want to open up the Cafe again as bad memories reside in there for me and trigger me. Hard to explain. I'll just happy to help others as I don't fit in anywhere else on the net and left old memories and bad energy, need to put it behind us somehow and go forward. I'm likely beyond help at this point. Gonna be 50 very shortly and I do feel regret and wistful thinking is dangerous to our spirit and aura. Sorry for rambling on about myself ... just happy you're back and recovering.
