(And not to be a grouch, but when you want help with special cases, do provide an example or two, so others don't have to spend extra time trying to figure out and track down what exactly they're supposed to help out with. Not everyone is a heavy enough Instagram user to have these cases handy, for example I don't think I've ever seen a video carousel on the channels I visit more or less regularly. )

  3. @Mathwiz Saw your Github discussion from a while back because you credited me in an edit to an earlier post, thanks. Since I didn't notice you mentioning if you're already doing this or not, let me say just in case that you should probably use the same UA you have for github.com on githubassets.com and githubusercontent.com. The second one may be less important, but I experienced an issue not too long ago with spoofing FF 60.0 only on github.com and some UI script coming from githubassets.com not being in sync with that because of a different version in my non-site-specific UA.

  4. And in the meantime, over here nobody shared the premium updates for XP worth 15k bucks per year since the end of support, but I'm confident that if a big enough security vulnerability will come out, Microsoft itself will publicly release the patch (or someone else will). Hello... it's me... I was wondering if after all these months you'll like to read... And go over... everything... They say time is supposed to heal ya But I ain't done much healing... Hello, can you help me? I'm on Microsoft Updates where we all use to be When we were supported... by everything... I've forgotten how it fell When installation was just a click... There's such a difference... between now and then And thousands of BATs... Hello from the other side I must have tried a thousand times... To go to Microsoft and try to update And make my computer... once again safe... Hello from the other side At least I can say that I've tried... To tell Microsoft 'I'm begging you... from the bottom of my heart' But it doesn't matter as it doesn't tear you apart Anymore... (Adele feat FranceBB - Unsupported OS).

  5. To fake the OS which gets reported by javascript, hope this pref still works: general.oscpu.override = Windows NT 6.3

  6. The 2nd post was not only spam; it was also deceptive: the link claiming to go to 123[dot]hp[dot]com actually goes to [...]! @dencorso, could you please remove the offending post (or at least "neuter" the deceptive link)? Thanks!

  7. Thanks for the info's, so it will be Bootice version 1.3.3.2. Very sad the he lost the source code, but on the other side good as I though he would have lost interest.

  8. Another bug I noticed with BootIce 1.3.4. See post 5633 Version 1.3.4 is a Test version that could not be fully finished, pauly seems to have lost the source code due to a bad manipulation. Some bugs have been reported but not fixed. I don't know much more, I didn't go through the 590 pages of the topic. See Post 5722 But Good news Pauly seems to be back at work on BootIce and preparing a version 1.4.0, incomplete for the moment, a beta See Post 5810

  9. MSFN rule 2.e might apply here: ... and possibly rule 4.a: @dencorso, what are your thoughts on this?

  10. Well... we may have a problem: I cannot find any report after Sep 10! So it seems the report system is malfunctioning. I'll ask xper to give it a look. Meanwhile you can keep posting or PMing if needed. I'll sure keep y'all posted on how it develops.

  11. Hi everyone, So today rockstar released a new launcher for their games. Including my favorite GTA V. There's small catch. It no longer supports Vista. I have found a bypass, but I'm not sure for how long this is going to work. You need to uninstall the new launcher. Grab the old one (Vista saves folders history maybe you can find it there in "Installers" folder) and install it. Now you need to delete "PlayGTAV.exe". Copy "GTAVLauncher" to your desktop and name it "PlayGTAV.exe" and put it to your gta v folder. That's it. I have tried it only on steam version so i have no idea if this is going to work on dvd version. Cheers

  12. If I recall correctly there were 2 problems: the UUP apply and the "registry save bug" that only occurred on x86 systems. First one seems to be gone with newer wimgapi.dll but the second one still remains.

  13. Yes, for applying a wim wimgapi is the best solution. Now it even have multi core decompression and supporting "recent" settings like "PinningFolderList". For Capture of course wimlib is much faster so I added a new setting: [Options] UseWimLIB=2

  14. I just tested this on NM28/UXP and it still does! Test site to verify: http://browserspy.dk/browser.php (Please note this pref doesn't modify the reported Windows NT version contained in the User Agent String (navigator.userAgent), so a website checking both strings via JS may get conflicting results: )

  15. Very Good I had a problem with version 1.3.4 of BOOTICE when using the UEFI tab with Edit boot entries to Add UEFI boot entry for Grub2. BootIce v1.3.4 does NOT allow me to Add UEFI boot entries, which I need for booting from Portable USB in UEFI mode with Grub2. The boot entry for booting with Grub2 from USB is not auto generated like is done for Windows OS. So you need to create the Grub2 boot entry by using a tool like BOOTICE 1.3.3.2

  16. Here is some reference (on BootIce versions): http://reboot.pro/topic/21956-bootice-v1332/ according to wimb/alacran 1.3.4 has an issue with UEFI. jaclaz

  17. I'll consider adding these 2 to the Final version. Just don't recommend wimlib for apply cases that wimgapi can do. But for BOOTICE i'll prefer a different version. Unless someone can show me a reproducer for a bug that did not exist in 1.3.3.2.

  19. Extended v 3.0e was released yesterday. There are some bug fix. * installer is fixed on any rapid storage fails to patch options. * SHFSet.exe manages more resource for localize. * XP version Device Manager problem fixed. > How do i upgrade from 3.0c to 3.0d? Do i have to uninstall it first then reinstall it? I recommended to uninstall and you can overwrite it. But if you have installed same version overwrite before , don't uninstall it and you should overwrite it.
