ATOMIC !!!January is its 5th birthday, hooray!!... So if you people are in Australia, get your copy now and read the awesome guide they have about WinntbbuED

Dwayne Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 (edited) It cannot find syssetup.dll Edited February 6, 2006 by Dwayne
NikV2005 Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 Windows server 2003 sp1WINNTBBU.DLLsyssetup: NOT FOUND
wizardofwindows Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 make a new folder and place the WINNTBBU.DLL and syssetup.dll from your system32 folder into it along with the WinntbbuED 3.1 and remember to save completed project then place new WINNTBBU.DLL back into your systems 32 folder on your xpcd install.
ngky7 Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 im using winxp pro corp. i had this problem too. sysetup.dll not found.. where izzit? i open my winntbbu.dll at I386??
cyanide Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 its in the i386 folder itself...just move those 2 files to a new folder, edit them, and move them back to the original place
InViSibLe Gr Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 (edited) it's in the i386 folder as cyanide says but its compresedand it's name is syssetup.dl_copy this one somewhere on your pc and uncompres it with 7zip Edited March 16, 2006 by InViSibLe Gr
nodiaque Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 bug notice (well, not a fonction bug). If you open winntbu.dll without a syssetup.dll, it will say that it found a comperssed one. The message say"Syssetup could not be foundbut a compressed version was.Do you wish to uncompress?"I think the word "found" is missing in the sentence lol.
stasys44 Posted March 28, 2006 Posted March 28, 2006 I did not use WinntbbuED, I used the old method (before WinntbbuED).Anyway, I want to reply to my question in Completed Windows Setup Billboards themeregarding Language codes editing syssetup.dllArabic (Saudi Arabia) 1025 Bulgarian 1026 Chinese (Hong Kong SAR) 3076 Chinese (PRC) 2052 Chinese (Taiwan) 1028 Croatian 1050 Czech 1029 Danish 1030 Dutch (Netherlands) 1043 English (United States) 1033 Estonian 1061 Finnish 1035 French (France) 1036 German (Germany) 1031 Greek 1032 Hebrew 1037 Hindi 1081 Hungarian 1038 Italian (Italy) 1040 Japanese 1041 Korean 1042 Latvian 1062 Lithuanian 1063 Norwegian (Bokmal) 1044Polish 1045Portuguese (Brazil) 1046 Portuguese (Portugal) 2070Romanian 1048Russian 1049Serbian (Latin) 2074Slovak 1051Slovenian 1060Spanish (Modern Sort) 3082Swedish 1053Thai 1054 Turkish 1055Ukrainian 1058 Best Regards
razormoon Posted April 13, 2006 Posted April 13, 2006 (edited) Hmmm...I have both WINNTBBU.DLL and WINNTBBU.DL_ in i386. Do I have to seperately edit both?wtf lol - I wish there was a little walkthrough for dumbasses like myself. The reason I ask anyway is because I tried to edit JUST THE WINNTBBU.DLL (no syssetup). It seemed to work, but the install crashed at T-39 with an incomplete catalog type thingy message.?help please!-----------------------10mins Later........Ok..I've figured the DLL and DL_ thing out. as for syssetup.dll, do I recompress to my install disc's i386\system32 or just copy there as is(uncompressed)?
