I just did this, and I now have emojis in Instagram comments on 360Chrome 13.5, which were all just rectangles before!
They're only black and while, but that's a great improvement.

I had the same problem with the Fonts folder, and doing a repair with TweakUI made no difference.
What did fix it was adding the system attribute to the folder, which must have got lost somehow back in the mists of time.
My seguiemj.ttf file is dated 07/12/19.
It came from a Windows 10 21H2 ISO.

My Win10 is LTSB and the seguiemj.ttf is dated 2016.  I found some font sites that have one dated 2018 but cannot find any dated 2019.  Not sure how different they would be, but can you share the 2019 seguiemj.ttf?

All I had to do in XP x64 was copy the .ttf file into the Fonts Folder and it installed itself.  I use Q-Dir as my file explorer so it's possible that Q-Dir did whatever you guys needed TweakUI for

When I sorted out the folder and then tried to install the font it said it was already installed for me too, so I guess it happened automatically when I copied the file to the folder.
It was still good to have the full functionality of the folder back though!

The number of emojis has massively grown in that three years probably!

I must say I was a bit surprised that when you open it, it just shows the usual text symbol table.
I was expecting it to show a huge table of emojis!

Dave, thank you very much for your generosity in sharing the 2019 "seguiemj.ttf" with us!
I've saved a copy to my flash drive for personal use, and just in case anyone needs it.

Sorry for not reading alll pages, has the issue "topleft animated logo when accidentally clicked, cause mouse click lockup until Esc pressed" has been fixed?

EDIT: I use version 13. 2250 build.

If it still exist I want propose workaround

inside skin.srx, inside browser.xml we could remove throbber chunk
<throbber name="login_tips_animation" visible="false" src="tips_login_animation.png" frame="250" time="40" />

this will fix that...

It is a modded Segoe UI Emoji font with the ID of the chinese font the browser resquests for its interface. I tested it on v13 on XP and works well. I don't know about v12 and below.

Why do you have to do display the emoji, many of your country people used it in website?

In China, we never send emoji by keyboard, just only used emojis tin app, because it simple to clicked to use,on the website, the emoji are usually pictures like gif could cliked to used too

Yeah I often stumble across websites using emojis in document title, and i would like to see them in chrome title bar
