solution? don't use kernel xp cause Tihiy said it's very buggy so he remove it on rp lite, i often use rp full pack too

do you ask performa games in 2k/2k3? they should fairy well on 2k but for 2k3 as it for server use you would need to disable some service and tweak a bit some component

yes you can, but it can't be done by windows itself (just for sure) you need additional software or maybe office sidebar would fit your need? i use it too in win98se era (1998 - 2000) and today there are several software that can do better than that like docking program, sidebar, etc. for me, i personally take an alternative shell/shell replacement with highly customizable option but didn't take a big memory resource on pc (i use both Talisman 2.97+ and AstonShell 1.9.1) it have lots customizable you can done with (Aston maybe faster and support a side panel that can auto hide just like taskbar auto hide option in windows) but talisman have option to create only desktop panel (this would fit what your need) for try : Talisman 2.97 : http://www.lighttek.com Aston 1.9.1 : http://www.astonshell.com both available as shareware or maybe you want to try a free alternate shell, litestep? http://www.litestep.net (dunno exactly the site so just googling it)

yeah i have interest on DSL too (D4mn Small Linux) cause it size and quantity of apps that range from all use (office,multimedia,etc, enough for me) thx for the suggestion oh yeah one more thing question about dsl, i never download linux iso (all my linux is from cd; suse,xandros,ubuntu,slackware,athene linux) so i really need to know what .iso version to download for sure (there are much on mirror site and as i seen 2.12b maybe the latest but it also have 2 version)

strange? i have a win98se and winME compilation cd together in 1 cd and win98se is only worth ~250mb (so did winME) and even that disk contain msdos 6.22 and win3.11

hi all, i need some suggestion for linux disto that size under 100mb (perhaps ~50mb would be nice) that can run fast, have some apps (office and multimedia apps sound's good) and supporting GUI (XWindows,KDE,Gnome,Fluxbox or whatever) please share your experience and don't forget the link PS: i have found one small distro; D4mn Small Linux (~55mb) but i have not download it
