@AstroSkipper The latest build of ProxHTTPSProxy (ProxyMII_220717.7z) works without POSReady 2009 updates. It even works on a non-SSE2 CPU (testing today). Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable is the only one requirement. If you want, now you can write a complete tutorial. Regards

Download project from GitHub and these files to get latest discussed sources with added missing exports for latest 6.0 and 6.1 kernels targets and new functions for porting Generic SD/MMC driver from Windows 8.0 build 8056 EDIT: Drivers collection included in XP2ESD v1.6 already contains compiled ntoskrn8.sys with these sources. I still haven't tried new SD/MMC driver on real HW. Probably will see in few days when I reformat my Windows 7 Dell laptop that have SD card reader that match Generic HWID. LatestChanges.7z

So I've decided to give this at try and seen if it helps ... a good man here suggested I try again with a topic as I'm finding myself intruding on others threads and bringing my nonsense and disrupting peoples projects and hard work. Please - make no mistake - its is easier said than done. When I woke up last night a wrote all that (yeah, I think I remember Lol) I was still reaching back to the past trying to resolved situations that can't be changed. Hope this makes sense. Sorry, I just don't care much for labels in general as they are often to group misfits together so we can be dismissed as "Traumatized People" or "Damaged Goods". Of course, we are all "Effected" people by our experiences and the past shapes us but doesn't define us. Whats the option, to live a sheltered life and close eyes once opened; you can't. I believe (personally) there are no accidents and people cross paths and situations happen for a reason. Would I (truly) go back, no, wouldn't want to, just want to improve starting today. Today will be yesterday tomorrow and somehow have to learn without becoming... Oops, when I write, its sitting here writing and backspace in the reply box as its comes to me raw and I lost my thoughts. This happens and is to be expected. Microsoft maded avalaible for Windows 7 ESU year 4, 5 and 6. Chrome ends support for this OS in January 2023 maybe you could be interrest in modify a Chrome browser in the future like catsxp or similar

Yeah, that's correct. Same settings as it was before. Wether localhost or 127.0.0.1, doesn't matter. BTW, originally, @heinoganda set the proxy by its batch file ProxySwitch.bat to the IP address 127.0.0.1. But as I said, it doesn't matter actually.

FWIW, I found it still worked fine with 'localhost' instead of the actual IP address, the same settings as my existing ProxHTTPSProxy in fact.

Hi @cmalex, first, a big thanks for this release of ProxyMII once again! It is absolutely awesome! And furthermore, you are a great win for our forum. Your TLS 1.3 proxy is an important element in future-proofing our beloved OS Windows XP. Establishing a TLS 1.3 connection in Windows XP system-wide or locally, is and will be very important, especially in the future times. Therefore, one cannot thank you enough! And this simply has to be said. Just a few days ago, I really didn't believe that my call here could be successful one day. You know "Dirty Harry"? Make my day? You made my day! Ignore the guy far right! This one is not ticking right! Actually, it has to be a 10, too! But he seems to have a life of his own.
