  2. I just tested New Moon 28 32-bit 20260815. GitHub Assets opens, but unfortunately, it uses 100% CPU, which doesn't return to normal, and the whole browser is blocked as long as the GitHub page is the current tab. That means this version is also useless to me. So for now, I'll stick with the New Moon 28 32-bit 20260627 version.
  3. Turns out we don't need to do the major hacking, because the older webp.dll version from 4.32 plugins works on windows 98SE without kernelex and should only need "IsDebuggerPresent" patched for windows 95 (the newer 4.44 plugin is the one with more missing APIs and only works on 98SE with kernelex 4.5.2). I had chatgpt do the patching directly via uploading the 4.32 version. Since i have only 98SE installed currently, i cannot test the patched version, but i'll upload it here, in case anyone can test. Will be available to download for a few days. https://limewire.com/d/jgPVH#535Yo0hpaq

  8. Answering myself... I devised a workaround: Using the untouched Windows 7 ISO, install to a regular SATA hard drive Configure the installation with NVMe drivers so it can see/boot from the SSD Use Clonezilla to move the newly NVMe-enabled installation to the SSD I'd still like to figure out why integrating drivers is so weirdly broken, but this ought to work for now while I wait for a fix. c
  9. I'm trying to get Windows 7 installed on a computer, and I have to slipstream NVMe drivers so setup sees my drive, but then Setup blocks me with "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing." This would be fine, except I've already integrated ALL of that, so I shouldn't be getting this error, should I? Every driver I try results in either "no device drivers were found" or, if I come across a valid driver and I tell it to load by clicking "Next", it will work for a bit and then tell me "no new devices could be found." I'm using NTLite to add the drivers to boot.wim and install.wim. What am I doing wrong? c
  10. Please could it be possible to add the feature to set the text color of taskbar buttons? Eg. I'm using black Taskbar (set via "custom taskbar coloring") but I have to set the Dark mode of Windows to get the white text for taskbar buttons. I would like to have light theme for Windows, but it turns the taskbar button's texts into black, so it's unreadable, actually. It would be great to have something like the "Use custom taskbar text color" feature in SAB! Thank you very much.
  11. @Damnation Yes, tomorrow I make a run with Windbg Dietmar
  12. @Dietmar Did your Toughbook arrive?
  13. next build will have adoptedStyleSheets and ":has" css selector, don't know if either one cause the slowness when browsing pixiv.

  15. My how times have changed (for me), lol Nowadays, I never watch LESS than 3! Audio only for one at a time, of course, but never less than 3 videos. I'm pretty much always at FIVE nowadays (3 widescreen + two at 4:3 (though currently watching three 4:3's)). But EASILY bump it up to SEVEN if the "news cycle" needs some news channels running along the bottom.

  19. The version for Windows XP has already reached v114. It's just one step away from the supported v115. https://github.com/e3kskoy7wqk/Firefox-for-windows-7/releases/download/old/firefox-114.0.3.en-US.win32.installer.exe https://github.com/e3kskoy7wqk/Firefox-for-windows-7/releases/download/old/firefox-114.0.3.en-US.win64.installer.exe
  20. The enhanced taskbar is great, but it breaks compatibility with other tools designed for the standard taskbar. I want to start a thread to gather any potential widgets that the community has found to work with the SAB taskbar. Unlikely, but I figure I might give it a shot. For example, I would love to have a weather widget that doesn't require Bing or eats up more than 1GB RAM every time it's running.
  21. Hello everybody, i have some good news. I'm the One-Core-API creator and I and a friend what is main oca developer/debugguer are working about MSI interrupt system porting ACPI/PCI driver from Vista into NT5 (2000,XP and 2003). We have success to boot the system and part of PCI drivers are working. Other part of drivers not working, but we are trying fix that. Our target is atleast Vista RTM and we think is possible. And the main target is port/implement WDDM on NT5. Dark_fire, a amazing Reactos developer, told me what needed for make Dxgkrnl (main wddm driver) and Ndis6 driver work on NT5 is implement MSI interrupt, So, we're already halfway there. Some prints:
  22. @Dietmar Can you help me to setup Intel LAN debugging on XP? Or are you just going to wait for your own Toughbook to arrive for debugging yourself?
  23. If I now have an issue related to this thread, should I continue it, or, has it been too long and to start a new thread?
  24. Only the IsDebuggerPresent and IsProcessorFeaturePresent imports can be patched out. The other five would require some major code hacking to function correctly. An extender would be the best option.
  25. For some reason the Windows 10 Volume flyout appears and StartAllBack can't change it at all P. S. Fixed that. I had to delete MTCUVC registry key
  26. Are you on stable channel? What version of SAB are you on? Mine is working fine.
  27. You have DirectX 9 working on 95? Edit: Gomx.dll delay-loads d3d9.dll and will load without it. If you have a d3d9.dll on your system that is missing Direct3DCreate9, it is not valid (probably a renamed d3d8.dll) and you should remove it. This is good news because all the other missing apis look fixable. I found a pre-release Win95 CD and extracted 306 system dlls. By redirecting IP or DW to search them first, I can now id all needed functions missing from Win95.
