  1. You want a basic METAR parser that determines good vs. bad wx and then makes noise for good wx? There are a lot of variables there. People have different opinions of good vs. bad. How far into the future should the app be looking? Or just "right now"? I don't use such a thing personally, but this search turns up some good starting points.
  2. I'm happy with my TH2Go using three monitors for my workstation. All other computers either have their own monitor or share one.
  3. This might be a good poll, if it doesn't already exist. Win2k Pro, IMHO.
  4. I still need to get around to seeing the first two movies
  5. Lots of people really love visualizations. There are communities of visualization lovers that get together and make addons, mods, etc.
  6. We try to be Mac-friendly Welcome
  7. http://www.httrack.com/ is the category leader to my knowledge and it is free. Some more costly options include Teleport Pro and Offline Explorer. Why? What is wrong with reading stuff offline? We even provide ways to do that with MSFN's pages.
  8. They don't see how, either. Thus their anti-competitive tactics that got them convicted.
  9. I was just asking about this specific program because I've never tried it.
  10. I'll notify the appropriate folks about this. Thanks
  11. Wow....thanks, Wolf!
  12. @Havik: That was your first post? Nicely done, and welcome! I think that most hackers, even the bad ones, do more good than harm. There are state-sponsored hackers out there who do the same things but have more time and resources at their disposal. Plus, you can count on them to keep their discoveries a secret. By releasing vulnerability information and allowing developers to address those issues, while raising the overall awareness of how secure things are in general, the state-sponsored hacker's work becomes more difficult. The same is often said of World War II.
  13. Kubuntu Pineapple Pie. Just like mom used to make!
  14. You'll find a neat solution for this in the HFLSIP forum by searching for mshtml.
  15. Question seems to be answered. Kane, please start a new topic if needed, or PM me. All: Let's keep the language clean and the debate mature. [ closed ]
  16. Those forums have been disabled/hidden. It is possible to retrieve information, but not many of us have access to that particular resource and those that do are very busy people.

  18. That is an error on the server side. You need to contact your administrator
  19. Welcome
  20. Loge live Samurize! And you gotta love that dual core usage display
  21. Not sure if you are asking the copyright holder or as a check against the forum rules. As far as forum rules go, both of those images look fine to me @Seven: Many people are upset about this, but we can discuss it maturely and without excessive vulgarity. Thanks.
  22. You made that? Or is this an organized effort? If so, is there a web site?
  23. Not sure where my mind was there. Pinging loopback justs tests your stack, not a device. And here I thought the question was really interesting at first
  24. This is easier in *nix (eth0 vs eth1). I would be interested in a "better" method than CptMuphy's suggestion, and am sure one exists. But it seems to me that he is right on the money for an easy Windows solution
  25. Does this help you?
