  1. I was in the same shoes with that poor chap, soon after 1 year of warranty ended, files started to disappear, big files started to lose parts, like an mp4 video 8Gb in size. HDD sentinel didn't pick any signs of failing at all. I think most of us had encounters with that drive, I only had 2 of them, both in that infamous Apple boxes, both behaved weirdly and failed soon after. And no, it's not a server model, not suitable for a data centre. It's a very basic disk, consumer grade model.
  2. "ObviouslyI have my suspicion that this drive is faulty, which is strange because it isn't very old. maybe 1-2yrs maximum. " "So before I attempted to do anything in disk management, I opened up minitool partition wizard and tried to recover "lost partition" with no success. I then tried minitool power data recovery programme..." "csharpe1234, is your issue resolved? I am facing the same issue." "I had to accept that the drive was faulty and unrecoverable. I bought a new drive." https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/seagate-barracuda-st3000dm001-3tb-sata-not-recognised-in-bios-or-disk-management.1670124/
  3. I should advise against unnecessary manipulations with that 3TB Seagate DeathStar 2.0 @D.Draker already warned about. This could be fatal for that potentially weak HDD.
  4. My opinion you just want more scandals on the site, that's why you insist. Basically, all those who ignite scandals are only a few, all well known.
  5. What about followers? This Twitter rudiment needs to be paid, too! 1 Pound per 1 follower. Extra followers will be sold with discounts, like one hundred for 80 Pounds. Charge only in British Pounds, who needs those cheap bucks?! I was silly enough to convert part of my Guldens to 30 thousands bucks in the 1990s, now I don't know what to do with them. The exchange rate is too bad. Besides, those after 2006 bucks are too colourful and ugly. Giving everyone my marvellous idea for free!
  6. There are widely accepted norms of social behaviour. I'd like all members to stick to such norms. European norms. I don't want to be screamed at.
  7. You confuse opinions with facts from developers. It's not up for arguments when the information comes from developers themselves. That person @Sampei.Nihira simply can't support grown up people discussions, he insulted me many times. I explained to he super politely. What exactly is not polite in this explanation? Now he's simply furious and revengeful. https://msfn.org/board/topic/186019-protecting-chromium-traffic-with-hybrid-kyber-kem/?do=findComment&comment=1260148
  8. There is a documented bug with SSL certificates. I suggest a temp. fix, but be warned, it not advisable to use with unknown websites!. Simply add this flag via CMD. (to your shortcut, for example) --ignore-certificate-errors Without quotes,
  9. Have either of you ever tried to "allow more RAM" for 32 bit apps with a simple CFF Explorer fix? (It's an edit in their executable)
  10. Yes, but a 64bit app simply able to allocate much more memory, so it's an obvious choice for all RAM hungry websites. 32bits are artificially limited.
  11. I've been running without page file for decades, as of now 16GB is more than enough to switch it off for Supermium, on the other hand, I agree with you, don't do it if you RAM is 8GB or less.
  12. It's because you run x86 apps on a 64bit OS. Obviously it involves more resources since OS runs them in a wrapper (those are marked with*). @66catsis right, I can confirm. The same case is with Supermium.
  13. I'm sorry, I don't use any store. Try to change your user agent, BTW, I just tried, for me it doesn't even show "add to chrome" button, but no legacy message either.
  14. Usually sandbox is linked to the real driver, without it might not work. It's strange mfplat helped in this case. Did you just run your Opera "out of the box" without modding?
  15. What video driver and card do you use?
  16. Found! Generic bluetooth 5.0 is what he wants. "I can't even find Windows XP or 7 drivers for generic bluetooth 5.0 dongles on ebay." https://msfn.org/board/topic/185881-seeking-bluetooth-30-ud-300m-usb-drivers-for-windows-98seme/?do=findComment&comment=1259897
  17. I can take a wild guess, most are based on the same Realtek chip, perhaps that's what the OP meant. Several of these I bought in the past did. Most died very fast. Make sure they are properly cooled.
  18. Could you post screenshots? Thanks. 1 Before and 1 after the changes.
  19. Why does it matter? This topic isn't limited to "supermium on XP only".
  20. Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Special Edition v1.0.3 Genres: Action, RPG Company: Cygames Requires Windows 10+
  21. Right, unfortunately, looks like you still don't know. In fact, it's very consistent. If you took your time to read on-topic posts, you'd see - the our "pack", the pack of on-topic, polite people, like 66cats, for example, already explained in technical terms. https://msfn.org/board/topic/185045-supermium/?do=findComment&comment=1259864 Edit: Is there anything you could contribute to the discussion in technical matters/terms, apart from investigating/claiming "whose" this thread is? Thank you.
  22. Why would comparing it to something of relatively close versions be off-topic? Win32 declared officially, he started following the Ungoogled path. It's not when someone compares it to Firefox or 360.
  23. Looks good! That's what I'd like to achieve with Supermium, thanks.
  24. And because of that glued upon UI, Vivaldi is heavy. I don't want Supermium be like Vivaldi. I'm perfectly fine without that custom UI, in fact, I'd like to see a clear, de-cluttered UI.
  25. Answered this question for one millionth time, just three pots above yours. You'd probably see it, if reduced your one word or one emoji postings. Like "nope". or "" Explained the issues in details here and here.
