I dont know much about palemoon so I'd be very iffy on that. As for the embedded posts I have no idea. Heck I left for 2 DAYS and the forum changed just like that . I dont understand the like thing either , but unlike certain companies its not a drastic change .

Another thing to note is that this vulnerability was only targeting Explorer 9 and above. So I wouldn't be too worried about it.

Something of interest. Today at school I was browsing the msfn forums like normal, but then I closed out of the tab (by accident). Instead of doing the shortcut to bring the tab back I typed in msfn.org into the address bar. (again by accident meant to type msfn.org/board) I was sent to the msfn homepage. Not a problem, so I clicked forums tab, but then the rendering issue started to happen on that computer too. I tried clearing the cache to no avail. Interesting find I think.

They might have to revoke their geek status, because they clearly failed to make that distiniction :-(Maybe you should go teach them the difference ; ) The government still using dos didn't surprise me. The Navy still uses Dos, though they use if for food programs instead of nuke controls...

12.02 was the last to work with kernelEx on 98/Me. Now, dont take my word on this, but I remember reading somewhere here, or on the internet, but anyway if I recall you can get newer versions' of opera (no later than 12.16) to work if you use an older opera.dll. I never got the time to try it out, because... 1. You dont need a newer version of opera if your using 11.64 for that version is the oldest to render pages great. (I noticed no differences between 11.64 and 12.02... tested with google) 2. opera 11 is faster than 12 so why would you want to go up a version. If you want to go up a version because of addons, I recommend you download opera 12.02 to get the addons you want, then convert back to 11.64. The addons will work great once installed on 11.64.

@Jody T. I think what annoyed most people here, was that instead of repost in a topic that was already started people made new topics again, and again, and again. IMO there should only be one topic for a subject that keeps coming back, and did not like the idea of a new subject keep on reapearing.

Yes, but Internet today as transformed into the primary operation for computers today.The Internet revolves around the lives of most people today, so making sure my browser can handle it is a top priority. but you should. These patches bring life to a new level in Windows 9x. If you dont insist on using kernelEx then you should at least use this to web search http://toastytech.com/files/95browsing.html . This site has a custom seamonkey 1.21 pre, firefox 2.xx, and firebird 2.xx custom. It also has a modified flash 7 so you can watch youtube. If you do decide to use kernelEx then you should (my opinion) download opera 12.02 to get the add-ons you want (like adblock) then revert to opera 11.64 for best modern usage.
