  1. Its getting to the point where I feels like just wiping every things off my drive (vista not Me), and starting new with NT 4 or 2000. (not xp for it has activation) Then forever search the web anonymously with a proxy under the name of what ever the random name generator gives me http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/ , then use a disposable email from a site like this http://www.fakemailgenerator.com/ . Dont mean to bring up the already dead topic about email clients, but another email client I found whom is about privacy is Shazzlemail https://shazzlemail.com/. Like the one you provided (StartMail) this client also encrypts your email messages, and its free!!! (Disclaimer I'm not advertising this product please dont Ban me mods ) Just made an account and trying it out now. The only downside so far, is that you must make your account on a mobile device before being able to use in on the pc.
  2.  I think that is because the question was "How Do I Download This Thinkpad Video", not "How Do I Play This Thinkpad Video". Cheers and Regards Ye but he can open the SWF in VLC with the web address then save it. Was going to recommend it, but did not know that they played .sfw files. I only thought VLC played .flv files. This is nice to know.
  3. A nice site to look at for latest updated versions of common programs is http://www.oldapps.com/ .
  4. I had a feeling, that 7 would be the right feeling, but went with what I personally would mean if I were to say that to someone. Also where did you find this test I remember it from somewhere long ago... Well I hope you do understand now . I like to have Hope when I think. I realized a long time ago, that its the people that have hope, and don't back down achieve their goals. I mean its much harder to kill an idea than its is a person. As for opera Presto goes, if they still wont realse it this might work to update presto manually Its one of vinifera statements from the XP to 2019 thread. What caught my attention was this though "but its out of ANY support makes it legal" and being the little devil I am this little quote really intrigues me. Does anyone here know what law vinifera is referring to? EDIT: as for that test, I'm most definitely a Dreamer
  5. mean to you? On January 1st 2015 I will start planning to travel to China. On January 1st 2015 I will leave for a trip to China. During 2015 I will surely plan to travel to China. During 2015 I will surely travel to China. Sometime in the future I will plan to travel to China. Sometime in the future I will travel to China. I don't plan to travel to China before next year. I don't plan to travel to China before next year, as a matter of fact I may never start planning a trip there. I don't plan to travel to China before next year, as a matter of fact I may never start planning a trip anywhere. I don't plan to travel to China before next year, as a matter of fact I may never get to travel to there. I don't plan to travel to China before next year, as a matter of fact I may never travel anywhere. Please choose one. jaclaz I chose #5, but modified. "Sometime in the future I 'hope to be able to' travel to China." Just thought of something, what are you trying to do Jaclaz...
  6. Naturally I clicked the provided link to the see what was up, when it brought me to an other comment on the opera develper 22 blog from a moderator who said... ... saying that they will Open sourse Presto engine...Someday, but not now, ... From your quotes above, it looks like they're being consistent to me, so I'm not sure where you got the "Someday" from. And I agree with vinifera that even if a moderator expressed a different opinion than a developer I would believe the developer over the moderator every time. Cheers and Regards So would I with the moderator vs developer, but I did not find any developers contradicting his statement. The "Someday" part is my take on his statement. I thought his statement meant a someday, because of the TV installs. There are probably contracts made with those companies. Do note it’s just my opinion on his statement, and your welcome to infer it anyway you want.
  7. They guy works there. His name is Bruce Lawson http://www.brucelawson.co.uk/category/accessibility-web-standards/opera/ .
  8. http://blogs.opera.com/desktop/2014/04/opera-12-17/ While I was digging around the opera blogs about Opera 12.17 update, i found this little comment. Naturally I clicked the provided link to the see what was up, when it brought me to an other comment on the opera develper 22 blog from a moderator who said... So its good to hear an unofficial yes from someone in the opera team saying that they will Open sourse Presto engine...Someday, but not now, but... exactly how long will this be... a day, a month, 5 years! I'm taking bets on the years one.
  9. Future World Music - Martyr (Emotional Drama, Sad)
  10. I'm very nervous when it comes to searching the web. I would donate, but my Job season hasn't started yet.
  11. I found the cause of the problem. When you udated the site, something you added is conflicting with my adblock plus filter preference. The one filter I was using, is a fanboy one, and it is called Fanboys annoyance filter.
  12. It was fun. Of course since we (Me and other scouts) were at a military camp, they made us do a little PT. While there I did see something in the sky, but not a fireball . (Paratroopers) They put up a little show for us showing their training procedures, it was kind of scary for they changed the normal enemies (Terrorists 'was there last year too') to Russians . It was fun, but I'm glad to be back in my home away from the mud, in PA.
  13. As for tracking goes, I use ghostley to disable scripts that want to track me, just dont accidently click ghost rank
  14. I'm not sure if this addon works with palemoon, for I dont use palemoon, but have you tried the Web of trusts addon (WOT).
  15. I did not even know there was an opera 12.17. Time to upgrade opera on vista. Try it out and tell us how it goes. it won't hurt to try.
  16. Rest assured that (unfortunately or fortunately for you) before you were born they used to make some of the finest software around. The Norton Commander - as an example - was so prominent (and useful/handy) that it even created a new "style", the OFM ("Orthodox File Manager") and an actual common "way of working": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orthodox_file_manager#Orthodox_file_managers http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Orthodox_file_managers http://www.softpanorama.org/OFM/index.shtml At the time it was unthinkable to have not the Norton Commander and the Norton Utilities in DOS. And for all the Win 3.x period, anyone in his right mind would have used the Norton Desktop. Then, for years, Ghost has been a reference for imaging programs. I do understand however how you never liked Symantec, as *anything* they produced in the last - say - ten years was either bloated or intrusive (or both ) jaclaz Actually I did know about the Norton Desktop for windows 3.x era, but I did not know that they influenced "a new 'style', the OFM ('Orthodox File Manager') and an actual common 'way of working'." . Personally I find it fortunate that I was not around the era of Good Symantec, because it would just make me absolutely livid to see the way that they went . That also answers may Dad's loyalty to Symantec till recently. He now uses PC Matic . (Which has good CNet user rating/reviews "never trust their editor reviews they advertise much")
  17. I might've posted that vid on this thread before, I dont remember, but I do remember posting it around the forum abit though.
  18. Can you post your overall score too. I want to see if our new king COMODO Dragon has been beaten
  19. Does clamwin even support dos standalone?
  20. Meh never liked Symantec. Seems to me that they are crying because they failed to realize, that no one likes bloat-ware. Reminds me of M$ alot.
  21. Nicely done. Not a screen shot, or my video, but... still fits with the theme very well.
  22. Unfortunently I did not see something that cool. I wish I could of though. Also did you see this specter @Monroe?
