Bubble Bobble online used the graphics from BB3, it was a fan created game. You could open a game room and people would join the game, and play with people through levels, with alot of users in the same level. I was just wondering. I usted to have it installed, and wonder if anybody knows where to get it. It was probably the best Bubble Bobble network game up to date, not from Taito or the company that brought Taito.

Well for HD ( super high resolution ) videos or compressed Y, V etc videos you need to have a 3.0 Gig proccessor or an powerfulll OS ( like OSX high on PPC 2.0 Gigs ). The memory should be at least 2Gigs. That is what gets me thru to youtube. On Adobe side, if you are a programmer, or know a programmer. Then just edit the adobe files ( which is what I am looking foward to ), so the Youtube flash program/game etc , is able to load your files correctly. The Macromedia Flash that Adobe has control over has many changes since Flash 8 ( which was the last time flash video was upgraded ). They intergrate 3d graphics, Sgi graphics, and almost anything you can think of into Flash nowadays. If you update your flalsh, and do not know the result, your bound to run into trouble. On my OSX machine I updated, and now it gives me that error screen. Every other flash page seems to also update their player requirments. Go to Channel101 and see if their flash player is working. The bottom line is that hollywood people ( candymen and teather monkeys ) are stupid, and just updates their players ASAP, to bring the best picture quality. It is not their job to understand how the technnology works. Youtube being controlled by Google which collects information from people.

It is a -100 bucks computer, when it dies, I will just get another one. The one I had before that, caught a fire, when I had three 250 + PSU computers hooked through one plug including the air conditioners. I know I need to get a correct cooling system but after dealing with the 1984 thought police, making a super hyper computer seems worthless nowadays. The last time I was looking into a water cooling, or miniture air condition cooling, that I could sit inside the machine itself, but I need to have the corrrect PSU, and etc settings. Or I might get a mini-air conditioner for -500 bucks, which looks like a littel R2D2 unit that you can have in the living room but it runs on pre-charged batteries. I use this computer for work basically, not for happy time.

Before I make a new thread, I think the this is the same problem. I decdied to reformat my USB flashs. On the flash I noticed Windows Vista making a temp folder. This temp folder delete itself. Now imagine if Vista decided to snap pictures, make txt recordings. I am guessing Vista keeps making these records, in these folders, and pauses because the ammount of files it has to index. I want to turn off all indexing. So that it reads a folder, and takes no action at all........just like in Windows 98.

I have seen those. Mostly 4GB which is laughable. I would wait awhile before purchasing any. Eventually they will get to 2TB, so unless yoiu really need it, then go for it. I remember back in college when we still had people comming with external hard-drives. The proffessor was like "oh wow, the old fashioned USB". Another thing to think about is the life-span and material used to make these. Flash ( like Camera ) can even survive being washed in a machine, but I USB is another story. It might hold alot but for how long??? Looking at some of the flash they have all kinds of parts inside them asides the flash itself.

The way I see it, it is like this. Since 2001 ( at least the US ) we have been taken advantage of.............. Visas, to recorded phone calls, and even invading a persons actions, when they have not taken any. Going as far to change the law so, we all can look at our selves and think something was wrong with us, when we were in the prime of our youth. It has become so bad, the original reasons for this lack of privacy, is being used against it's citizens targeting elderly men, men in general, and anybody who is not European enough. The standards have become less of ours alone, and is now belonging to somebody else who is not of our origin. It has affected us, because back in the early 2000. You could view, read, ship, send, material from across the world, without thinking some crazy person is going to go into your package and pass judgement. The bottom line is that beng free minded thinkers, who are loyal dedicated citizens we are no longer consdiered free, at all. It is like our whole entire lives have been living under neath a seeth. 1. Cell Phone users. 2. People who help spread the fear of being attacked, or gettting AIDS. 3. People who think they move in the ways of the Lord but are selfish 4. Racism and Fear The virtual world, was a nice to place to live and grow inside, but it is not a place I want my spirt to die in. ......................................................................................................................................................... The bottom line is that, their is not one thing wrong with anybody, and nobody is fighting back. Not lawfully or unlawfully, but it is like walking thru a smog of indifference and insanity. I remember when people would unite, and be realistic about things. Like how you face the law when you did something wrong. not just write about stfuff. But we live in a world where old wives tales are told by their daughters who have no other ambition in the world to make their lip as solid as a fist. Church girls who do not believe in anything but Church, but they still abuse the ways of the Church. At one time I could co-exsist, but when people trample on my way of life, at every angle, and then trys to find a way to eliminate me, while looking like if they are doing good. It is funny how always been like this. Outcasted in grade school, ostrosized in college, and even here on the net, I am pinned to the wall like "jeepers Creepers" yet we did nothing wrong. The last thing I want to do, is **** my children to same faith. It is like the whole world is just saying leave, go away, or give me all your money and we will call it even stevens.

Okay these are the things I am searching for currently, to make my Vista Exprience better. 1. How to get full permission access to all folders? basically many folders are blocked from my view in Vista. I want to access them, in order to remove and delete personal data. I am talking about the same problem in XP where you lose permissions to your folders, but this is Vista which is not XP. In this problem VIsta will not give me access period. I need ful ermissions. 2. Stop Vista from reading or writing data to a hard drive? Apparently everytime I insert my second hard drive, which has more then one partitians. Vista keeps attempting to make a thumb nail or record the names of the files. Everything is okay, until I start to access that folder. The problem is so bad, the computer freezes, or the Explorer freezes. It is like Vista is scanning all of my files, even if I turn off. I just want Vista to stop, going threw my files like a fine tooth comb. It is annoying, because many of my Zip files are also damaged, because Vista keeps looking inside them. It damages my files and makes my computer slow down. 3. Prevent updates periods. The moment I put my Vista online, it is like the computer programs installed and running or not running are on a magical race to update. What I have a problem with, is when the first two things occur with the third. It is like Vista is attempting to look at all my devices and give the most recent updates. For OSX this is normal and a good thing, because OSX users are either computer savy or not. Windows this a bad thing, because after the update something does not work the same way, like a user created program. This is one of the reasons why I still like using 98. I do not have to hear the drive work like crazy doing a bunch of things I do not ask it for. It is insane.

From my understinad, some Linux releases support NTFS permissions. Which completly destroys the reason for using Linux

Here is a good question. What if I insert the flash drive into an machine that does not understands what the hell an encyption is, on the folder itself?

I do not care about icon designs, or resigns. When it comes to programming. All I care about if the **** thing could work on my 9x, and OS9 machines and still do the same **** job without invading my privacy. Not to burst anybodys bubble, Being gitty over the new Windows ( whatever it is called ) is a complete waste of time. I do not see the reason to deal with these newer OSes at all. ( Until I get to the workplace and that one program will not read my painstaken glory ). When I browse My documents, and etc folder my screen does not need to look like my Cable Box GUI. All I want to see is a list that is tight, readable and compact, so I can quickly browse through everything. I am not a five year old, clicking away at the music tones of the error Ding Ding Ding error sounds of 95. I am a big grown person who needs stuff to be done, Remember Bob ? I am sure somebody here remember the many variants of Bob. Bob was a fun thing, when computers were private, cool, and fun thing. But nowadays Newer OSes seems to be about collecting infromation on the end-user, creating a perminant record AKA a Criminal profile. Then using that information against people ( cough facebook, twitter, etc ). See what they are doing is making it easier for morons to use the touch screen ( AKA mouse interface all over ). interface. So that everybody can get addicting to touching. No more real keyboard, you know the type hackers, and real programmers were into. Everything is crap made for crap people. Remember the good days when you could zoom directly to a file, with a command, or quickly open and close windows, while taking a snap shot ASAP, and then jumping into your mail, in a blink of an eye. No more. Your going to have a whole new generation of slow minded computer users, who can't even think past the GUI.

DVD recorders are basically non-exsistant because nobody had the money or use to buy the technology. I remember when I was younger, I had already discovered the internet, and as time grew, and grew more people have become ignorant of Video type devices. Basically small children today do not even know what a Blu-ray disc is. They do not even know what a WMV or MP4 is today. All they know is stream stream stream( which is not a reason to have a $100 internet line ). About Japan, they still use VCD on the get go, and people in rural nations like Sticks China are using 1992 technology like if it was brand new. Again with the children, the youth, the poor poor poor babies, and that is just the case. Without anybody having a job, most people are ignorant to even get a cable subscription. Now all of this super cheap understanding power has fallen into the hands of gun weilding morons. That is why DVD recorders are out dated. Another problem to realize is the USA was and is still in a war, and many DV-Cam Corder devices can connect to computer and give MPEG video used in DVD/VCD. In a nutchell Internet killed the Video star. Wireless users killed the internet. It is kind of depressing when a whole bunch of people who represents your generation is dead, or in the hospital for something that has no logic whatsoever. All of those people who grewed up and lived with Cassette, are the consumers that makes up a whole of Video users. imagine that person who was brainwashed into the idea of "latest = greatest" and are hanging on to life supportgetting less medical attention then a 3rd world native. Back to that DV stuff, it is just more easier to store it as a file instead of depending on a DVD. It makes you kinda angry right? That we were sappose to buy into DVD when VCD was being used for years in other parts of the world and now it is rampid, it is like we look at the DVD and see a piece of plastic that is going to damage faster then you parents wedding video. I know it boggles the mind, when you have beautiful clear and crisp video but only because it is software based and the hardware is basically a mini-computer, a person could buy in five seconds. Hard to think how auwsome it looked at that point in time and yet it feels so alien, that it is practically non-exsistant. Then of course thier is the fact that Disc technology is prone to damage. Most people do not keep Discs in a safe place. When a moron picks up a disc they put they entire thumb on the data region. You might have sweaty palms, or eating junk food. That is just pure slioppiness, the same moron would be defensive on how they keep tjheir discs, by dunking it in water. People are too stupid to take care of records, Cassettes, and Discs. People are so stupid they want everything digital. However even digital does not last forever as most of us has had hard drive crash and burn problems, to accidentially formating a flash. Those are my thoughts on this subject. If you want such products you will have to go to a garage sale.

THat is how @$@%^ feel when I turn on a Vista and Windows 7 computers in my home. Now what made me mad, was how both coputers for some reason are unable to use their graphic adapters properly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Guess what among many of the updates, something turned off the ability to use most of my 3rd party media programs, meaning any non commercial media viewer------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just to top things off I can't even play Jaws ( the PS2 game PC port ) or any 3d game in a low resolution below 600X800 or any resolution higher then that. Apparently I got an message, that said my Graphics adapter needs more power, Please plug in external power source,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,BUT MY GRAPHICS ADAPTER HAS NO EXTERNAL.............. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Solution? I had to roll back drivers. Now what is funny is how my adapter now has a Windows 8 like appearance in the control panel???? The Nvida srives that are somewhere in the 98/ME section works for both Windows ME and 98, but they suck compared to actual drivers The ASUS board has an official card that came with it ( sadly a 64MB but 128-bit card ) which is really a nvida card. Again the unofficial drivers sucks compared to offficial drivers. I barely get any modes with the unofficial drivers, So if anybody wants to me to attach the drivers I am using for my 64mB board, so you can modifiy the driver package or see if it will help??? These are ASUS drivers for the Nivida board. eventuallu I hope to max out to a graphics card 528MB.

Here is a good question, what is the size of the primary drive? Most computers have "Buses" ( correcr me if I am wrong, I am probably wrong ) that permits the usage of higher sized drives, Meaning your drive might be working, but the BIOS+ the built in hardware will not allow it to have a drive above a certian size. Like in my older computer, it is restricted to 8gigs. Anoher one is 40gigs. You can either update the bios ( which is dangerous and results in your omputer crying, if you fail and possible currupted install, which can damage the bios chip??? ). Maybe your computer needs a bios update? Another question is what is the format of the drive, and arre their any special qualities to it? Here is a question? Is their any important private data on the drive??

Lets see, I can get real doom, mod it so I can play via Kalleria, or even play another variant of doom via console, via Kal. Or I can even play a mod mod mod of doom, with it's own private server, or better yet upgrade my browser so I can play doom, via AKA no JavaScript 5. Can this work without Java? My understanding is that HTML 5 is meant to replace Java. Otherwise I imagine some jerk on a iphone, playing this right now.

I have an external SATA drive that dissapears from time to time, using vista. Usually when I constantly access files, or Vista keeps pretending it is OSX that attempts to catolauge everytthing on the drive. I could guess the OS is doing something to the drive that it was not meant to be used for. Most newer OSes will do all sorts of crazy things to the drive, calling it a better search expreince.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Another thing to to think about, is to never allow your hard drives to sleep, unless they are solid state. I say this because allowing an OS to have control over providing and cutting power to the drive and then restoring power is a bad thing, no matter what situation. Try attempting to load the OS and remove all power saving features????

So here is my take, I reinstalled windows and used the USP3, and installed. I have not breached the 128Gig limit. Otherwise I do not care anymore becuause this is pure looney tunes. Check to see if the product has a warrenty, or call for help number. Try calling the company, vender ( calling ) for assistance, or request for additional drivers. Finally when all else fails, you can ask a programmer, ( if any out their ) to edit, the actual drivers for the wireless card. About passwords. Right now most passwords are hackable, and some password functions are not supported by Apple OSX computers as well. Many of these passwords functions are for later computers, as an accessory. So it is optional. I had to change my password functionality for my one Apple OSX machine. That driver you found, is on purposely limited usage of passwords to force you to buy a newer OS, and so forth.

Does it appear in the administative tools section ( if you have one ) or device manager?.................................................................................... Can it be seen by FDISK?.................................................................................................................................................................................. Is the jumper set to slave ? Sometimes, no matter what, the jumper being in master, etc will not really change how the drive loads. This is usually the task of the BIOS. Moving the jumper around is for rare cases, and if you want to show off your technical ability of understanding computers, etc.The BIOS and startup CMOS etc ( whatever it is called ) should have a hotkey ( if that is the correct term ) to load OS from X drive, USB ( in most newer boards ), or CD-rom .......................................................................................................................................................................................... When I want to load from X drive, and do not know which keys to press to enter that menu. I will usually plug out the power cable to the drive, and the BIOS should automatically assign that drive as the boot drive. Otherwise I would switch around the cables........................................................................................................................................................................................... If your restricted to one IDE, etc cable you can try switching slave and master positions but sometimes this will not help at all. If your restricted to SATA ports, I would find the built in boot menu key, because newer machines should have them. .......................................................................................................................................................................................... .......................................................................................................................................................................................... Keep in mind that fiddling with the cables too much might result in a hard drive crash, and loss of data, loss of investment etc. My drive caught on fire after messing around too much with the cords and cables. .......................................................................................................................................................................................... .......................................................................................................................................................................................... Well I just keep mine around to remind me of the good years of computers, when you had to write programs in your notebook, and two proccessors could only be used by few OSes. Computers were sexy and beautiful, but not anymore. When i saw that desktop being advertised, and loaded Windows 98 for the first time, it felt like I was in a "Buck Rogers" flick. It was a mysterious world, of all kinds of amazements dealing with computers. However that soon turned into a dilbert situation, where you click click point point, and you realize your peers were animals, and your inside the cheap trap that was made for a bird. Now computers looks ( I mean newer models ), like crap. I purchase my crap, to make crap, to buy crap, and my crap breaks down, on the crap crap crap lane. Remember when televsions were made out of a wood, and you could put things on top of it??? Now they are flat and boring and you can't even play duck-hunt, most of them have that god forsaken wdiescreen. That in a nutshell is how I look at computers nowadays.

I am tired of these terms. A phone in general is any device that can dail into the "sub-systems" ( whatever it is called, correct me" ) and make phone calls. Like take Apples blue box that allows phone calls to anywhere in the world. All you need is a program, that allows you to dail numbers. That is basically every PPC. However the PPC is probably restricted to certian kinds of signals???????, and wave functions. So imagined a suped up PPC that is able to dail into the standard phone service. Otherwise this would be useless nowadays thanks to the "New World Order" we are lviing in. A Gameboy is probably the worlds first smart phone. You can use it for just about everything you can possibly think of, all you need is the right add-ons and right code. You could probably even take your blood sugar with it. A GBASP even looks like a cell phone. I understand most people here might be wireless buffs, but right now I would point to a PSP being a reasonable SPhone. From my understanding it has touch screen editions, and sports a built in mike ( unless I am misaken ). I can't really imagine how people use thieir SP for anything else but talking. My apolgies for, my words earlier. But allow to me to explain my opinion even further. By boob-job I was refering to many people who are held against their will via technological sources. Meaning they are mentally imprisoned by the idea of being without technology. Before internet people could live without cable, but now thanks to laws, everybody is forced to use a system without any choice at all. With medical you have a choice. Be healthy or suffer. Like myself I use my eyes too much, from reading and working close quarters, so now I need surgery. I did that to myself. Now for a diabetic person theie eating habits affected the way theri blood sugar operates, so now they are forced into it. Then their are people who are disabled 24/7 hours a day due to "natural" occuring bodily functions. Finally at the end of this light is the people who are suffering due to complications from birth. Their is a saying about the moment somebody knows your not dependent on the system, it makes them afraid because you now have a person who no longer needs you. Another idea of why he died, is because he did work for the Federal goverment via the feild and somebody reconqized who he was. Like I mentioned in other posts, their are tons of loopy laws that are violating privacy, I think even the worlds greatest hacker, probably needed to pay the bills.

Every moron knows it was the diabetes thing. Everybody on this board got at least one boob job in their family who are dependent on some sorta drug, they could have avoided just by eating right and being some what active. Florida went over a long overhual after the "Born again Christian movement". It was a vacation spot but became a retirment spot for elderly people. The people who are eyeing the law, in Florida made it basicaly impossible for you to have any privacy at all. If a tree falls in Florida everybody hears about it. Flordia is not a party state and has been for the very longest. The only people in Florida are oldies trying to find other oldies. California which is practically on the boarder of Canada, Mexico, Pacific Islands, and Ussr have a strict international policy. Because of the wide vast amount of immigrants, who live in Florida, they have an idea "New World Order" mindset about law. A lot of people when they think of California, they think sex, prostitutes, gambling, movie stars, etc. That is not the case of the current situation of California at all. Think of it as Florida but with slightly younger people. In fact alot of yuppie hipsters ( many you can find roaming the big cities of the US ) comes from this area of the world.
