I had it since 2001 always manual but back then it didn't contain so much garbage as NT 6 brought
-
i don't have any pbrush on 7sp1
-
would be nice to know what those KB's he mentions actually install
-
Tommy you can have it both at minimum resource usage and even old machines would swallow it fast as for tablets and "smart phones", I don't know what kind of code has to be inserted I always assumed that when user flips the device, that its device's job to change perspective scrolling down and down is nothing new, its been there for ages and ironically, since CSS 2, DIV layers were widely accepted and were excellent replacement for ordinary Layers and user could finally make dynamic page that would stretch by width (PX or %) so user can read or see more content without scrolling so much and yet now its back to stiff it all in the middle with huge scrolling ONLY because stupid phones well aint that an evolution ahahah

hahaha epic

and if user has no dotnet installed will those updates refuse to dump their crap ?
-
w10 should be banned everywhere as it violates every human rights as stupid as it sounds

v5 isn't skeleton anymore as CSS3 comes with it and they both do all that shit, you don't need JS anymore for complex 3D displays that was the whole point of next gen html/css to replace JS and maybe jquery

Colored Titlebars in Windows 10 with switch Wallpaper
vinifera replied to maxXPsoft's topic in Windows 10
I wouldn't be surprised if in 3rd OS itteration they bring back glass borders and call it a new features simply coz they are unimaginitive idiots -
v3 was removed with 7lite when I did iso few yrs ago but v2 is always blocked by such tools so I'll do it manually as I have full list of files and paths that are linked including registry (in vm ofc) but it should be fine in my opinion only mscore.dll needs to stay in sys32 as explorer has sometime calls to it if that experiment works (yet to be seen) it might prove MS is full of s*** with integrating that thing into win7, maybe even vista I know that during vista alpha (longhorn) it was needed, as .net was very integrated then into system parts of explorer and shell used it including all graphic crap, but since reset to vista they dumped all that approach, avalon (WPF) was no more "a must", it was just a trick for masses
-
been doing various things lately now I'm strictly talking about win 7 and even by default .net 3 and 2 are "system integrated" user can actually yank them out now v3 is already out of my system and I have no sideeffects whatsoever except when running stupid apps that are made in VS.NET but what is more interesting is that WPF which is "core" component of .net 3 "needs" to be in win7 just like in vista, because DWM (because milcore.dll) uses it, and OS also uses milcore.dll for rendering UI (DWM) and hangling images themself (PNG, BMP) what is funny, is that I have no dn3 file nor milcore on my system, yet all these things work flawlesly (lol ?) then again since .net3 is PENDING on CLR 2 (.net 2), it cannot even exist/run without it which is also system integrated in next few days I intend to yank out .net 2 completely and will have no .net files on system, can't wait to see what will work and what not
-
theoretically you can coz every update install leaves traces every KB creates folder and leaves .msi uninstallation all you need to do for particular update is trace registry where it wrote it and what paths it was put in but do it in virtual machine

Colored Titlebars in Windows 10 with switch Wallpaper
vinifera replied to maxXPsoft's topic in Windows 10
and that is *wow* feature ? -
it doesn't, it just shows you have DX 11 card on the other hand any OS that violates so many privacy without developers shame to extend they admit it and even lock it from user IS PURE GARBAGE I can't even believe that they got away with all that horse shit
-
it is garbage only because you can't find replacement parts for it i have 1 putter with single core AMD 2500+ but it only supports SSE 1 thus for example it can't run stupid things as browser (only pale moon specifically compiled for that cpu runs) its also blocked from skype 6++, also youtube chokes on it yet it has mid end gamers geforce 6600 GT (it even had 6900 XT at some point) yet anything you work on it runs smoothly, except stupid a** WEB ! so if you look at it from that perspective, its not HW that is junk, but todays software
-
its not anger towards dx ... but toward .net do you guys even read what was written above ? (2 times) but now that I see all relevant dx files are in sys32 then this topic is concluded
-
wasn't this by default in winblows 8 ?
-
C:\Windows\System32\directx is empty If i want yank out .net completely then DX will be issue as it is linked to freaking .net
-
ok this is bul***** ! the folder under C:\Windows\System32 is EMPTY yet all files seem to be dumped into C:\Windows\assembly and C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\DirectX for Managed Code is this meaning that DX is no more native but shitty .net library set ? what if I want to yank out .net 2 out of win7 completely (and I will try) - yes I will break DWM, but I expect OS to revert to ordinary UXTHEME (XP) then - explorer should live without it as its not written in managed code (aka .net) but what about DirectX ?
-
its about time you guys see the shit in that i'm staying with "7" until its gone
-
Simple hack enables classic theme in Windows 10 (and 8, too!)
