most things you can do "on the fly" if there is uxtheme patcher you can simply replace PNG's from vista/7 to ones in "10" then set in classic options (i guess) winframe metrics to bigger pixel radius or some s*** its the shell that is problematic mostly like info panels and such, they use ieframe.dll and some s***ty xml data if you include classic shell then you get ok thing... look my win7 shell within explorer, its far better than 8/10 one in functionality and look: my relevant info is top left and all main views + new folder creation on right http://oi60.tinypic.com/35cpekj.jpg something apple did RIGHT in their file manager unlike stupid MS no clicking on buttons to get list view no useless random buttons (or even worse ... idiotic ribbons) just what you need --> thank you classic shell !

I have an older mobile phone but it is also made as MP3 player has some SD 1 GB memory card so naturaly it has some pictures on it and many songs (mp3) but some songs simply refuse to play as whole like comes to 70% of song then error displays "failed playback" or even whole album from playlist then after some time its ok again so my question is, since its old mobile phone in question, could this be the cause of scattered files or what, is it smart to defrag it from windows OS when plugged in as USB memory card ?

you have to manually redo everything not just replacing resource png's but metrics and missing places longhorn had same "places" as XP did (tho some resources were scattered within imageres.dll IIRC to be locked down) vista betas and onward were different coz of new shell win"7" is simmilar to vista except with taskbar and new systray win "8" and "10" I never bothered to try, but I bet its a mess you basically need Aves Windows Style Builder to cope with all the metrics and whatnot or try with Startdock SkinStudio+WinBlinds either way simply copy+paste of msstyle from another OS is a NO-GO not only coz of incompatible msstyle with uxtheme but as said with different object id's

thats because object ID's are different in .msstyle and since win "7" taskbar is split into 2 parts (upper and down) while previous you had only 1 as whole

bitter truth just tonight I was looking on startup and login process of win7 versus Vista and during few seconds I got thinking while they are more so simmiliar, how win7 brought some freshness inside but anything later is hideous, yet nobody can do shit about it

I just don't know, I see lately some product from malwarebytes called "anti exploit", that "shields" java and other crap dunno how it work and if it works.... but as my logic goes whenever you let something out of sandboxed area then your sandbox is useless, so how the hell can it "shield" anything, especially things like java that need inet access

i'm simple guy 1. use HOSTS file which I update with my own entries 2. configure browser on certain settings 3. use specific cleaning paths (batch) 4. scan once month with MBAM don't use UAC, don't use any real-time protection - still doing ok

divx isn't HD, it will never be also don't mix video containers with decoders, AVI, MP4, MKV... ... are just file containers that contain true encoded video and sound they mean shit your GPU needs to support GPGPU/DXVA/H264/AVC you have google for that and nVidia site if it supports that, then youre ok
