    Play Store says Firefox 125.3.0 works on Android 5.0+. Or you can buy a new phone 'cause I don't see anyone porting Chrome to older Androids. The history repeats itself. "You will be upgraded!"

    Update: I think I've found the culprit. Turns out that after disabling the VPN, I was still unable to connect to void.gr which hosts this filterlist. So, I went into the Network Connection properties and disabled IPv6. This solves it. Can't understand though why this issue suddenly emerged. I didn't change anything recently and IPv6 was always enabled there. Perhaps something is going on with the router.

    Thanks, I tried other DNS servers: didn't work. I then enabled the VPN: it worked. Turned off VPN: still works. Weird glitch. Still unreachable in Android device. I'll also try a router restart. I don't think there's another local filterlist. I will post if I find something. For languages/countries not having separate AdGuard filterlists, the AdGuard main filterlist does include several neatly separated entries. Search for "NOTE: " (no quotes) and you will see them.

    You're indeed right! It very well can be, seeing they already call it HTTP/3, I still hope it won't happen very soon because the format is flawed.

    Adguard has some well maintained language specific filter lists, but not for Greece... They do have one for Dutch (and German) https://adguard.com/kb/general/ad-filtering/adguard-filters/

    Maybe it's blocked at the DNS level? Try changing to another primary DNS at the router or in your OS. I use Quad9 (9.9.9.9). It's fast and blocks malware domains as well.

    Yes they have added new stuff, but it worked for me regardless, I think can fix this next version. And I finally got old P4 like yours with SSE2 only, I shall replay later

I would suggest to look for a suitable replacement. When you find a good one, you can post its link here. I will then update my mod.

    I've been disabling QUIC in all my browsers because it is a Google format and I don't like the concept of the server deciding what resources to push, and more excuses to cram more overhead into webpages because they are quick enough. Is this quantum thing a threat to old browsers because basic HTTP/1 is on its way out?

    Ok, for some unknown reason my Pale Moon cannot reach void.gr. Already tried flushing DNS and clearing history/cookies. I'll just use the githubusercontent.com URL as a custom list for now. edit: my Android device cannot reach it either. But desktop Firefox can. Perhaps they are using some over-zealous security configuration.

    If I had used the CFF Explorer method (extract the Firefox installer and alter the necessary EXEs), how should I be updating that Firefox version to a newer version once available? I presume the normal Update method doesn't work?

    Something unusual seems to be going on with the Greek AdBlock Filter (included in the Regions, languages section). The link to the filterlist stopped working since a few days. It also stopped working on Firefox/WebExtension (same link). As of today however, it works on FF again but not on UXP browsers/uBO Legacy. This alternative URL found on filterlists.com seems to work fine. Not sure why this happens.

    I would like to inform MSFN members that Chrome 124 (and Edge 124) has enabled the "X25519Kyber768Draft00" Hybrid Post Quantum Key + QUIC to default. It will almost certainly be enabled by default in future versions of Firefox as well. In Firefox Nightly it is already at default. I remind you that QUIC is already enabled by default in Firefox. Test: https://pq.cloudflareresearch.com/ Some problems: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/google-chromes-new-post-quantum-cryptography-may-break-tls-connections/ I have been experimenting with the Hybrid Post Quantum Key since Jan. 19, 2024, even in Firefox, and have yet to detect any problems loading websites. I also performed CPU + Layout/sec measurements of website loading with the Hybrid Post Quantum Secure Key + QUIC. MSFN members who do not like the Hybrid Post Quantum Key enabled + QUIC are required to set the flags to the "disabled" value.
