Are the subfolders always the same name?

Also, regarding the loader, does anyone know if it can COPY a file upon every browser exit?

Did you follow this from that discussion  --  From what I have so far, it is best to allow "QuotaManager" and "QuotaManager-journal" but then let the loader .ini delete them when 360Chrome is closed.

The only things missing are:

(1) file creation (in default) for blob_storage, BudgetDatabase, DailyBackup, DailyRollingBackup, Download Service, Feature Engagement Tracker, in_progress_download_metadata_store, Sync Data, VideoDecodeStats. I have to add them manually, couldn't do it through the loader.

(2) I created a bat file to start 360chrome, which copies bookmarks into default, as well as the extension settings required in Default\Local Extension Settings\ for some extensions (such as umatrix) to run.

(3) As in the image, I have a few files remaining (bold by selection) that I would like to get rd of, but haven't yet tried to do so.

Do all these settings make the browser execute/perform faster/stable? Those are a ton of files :blink:.

I wouldn't say "faster/stabler".  Most of us use the loader.ini to prevent session-to-session logs.

Several of these entries appear to be carry-overs from v12 or v13 and should not be needed in v13.5.

All pointless since none of those features work on XP. Chromium requires D3D9Ex (Vista+) at minimum to enable certain GPU dependent features.

I wasn't paying attention to video playback when changing the ANGLE flag in Chromium, but it's useful for those viewing/interacting with various WebGL content as some things render faster with one API, other with another. D3D9 can only do simpler content while the rest can support all graphical features.

    True, I use the loader with your newer 13.5 and Humming Owl's 11 and 13.

    Well, I like to keep my system partition lean, and my archives leaner, so I delete all I can when using any browser. I never cared much for sessions, cookies and all those things that make the browser start faster but (in my opinion) underperforming and leaking information that is mine only.

    More important, once I set up a browser, I like it not to change. Erasing all those files and preserving only the ones I want makes it more likely for my set up to pick any change based on browsing behavior.

    Oh, I didn't know that, so since this is running on XP, you say they don't apply.

    I'll leave it at the default (whatever that is - I don't know)

    And I guess it was placebo because I have WEBGL and Hardware Acceleration disabled entirely.

    I'm reading this was only from Vista on up as well, so enabled would try and fail I guess trying to capture, but disabled would fall back to DirectShow and I don't have this capability. I wonder what is default then.
