Interestingly, FF115 outlived FF128. Mozilla could have supported Windows 7 and 8.1 up to 128 from the start.

I'm not quite sure what your method was to get Rockstar Games Launcher working but to continue playing GTA 5 I simply had to use a executable that bypasses RGL. Not a problem since I'm only interested in the story mode of that game but that won't be a solution for those interested in online mode.

Honestly, I don't know how it is a bad news: since Piriform acquisition by Avast quality of this tool dropped significantly and most accurate description of it would be bloatware.

Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable removed support for Visual Studio 2015. Besides, it seems that v14 Redistributable also dropped support for Windows 7.

Looks like Visual C++ 2015-2022 (14.44.35211.0) is the version to keep for Win7 installs then

Looks like someone was right when he said that if they knew that Firefox was going to support 7 and 8.1 until 2026+ , they would've continued to support it on the main branch until like end of 2024..

I wish they had done this with ESR 140 instead.  Especially since e3k-etc and r3dFox are in a bit of a limbo state right now.  I really just wanted to run ESR v140 for  the rest of the summer
