The same Windows 7 Fix works for KARM: Headbang Edition v1.0.1 How to play on Windows 7: Install KexSetup_x64Rel.exe. Open “KARM\Binaries\Win64\KARM-Win64-Shipping.exe” file properties in Explorer, then “VxKex” tab. Check “Enable VxKex for this program” and “Report a different version of Windows, Windows 10” checkboxes, Apply. 3

ED_Sln Posted June 17, 2024 Posted June 17, 2024 ffmpeg 7.0.1 full requires Windows 10. Quote So, rust, the compiler for rav1e, no longer supports Windows 7. Which means the full build can't work on Windows 7 (without dropping rav1e). I'm afraid that's the end of the road. The essentials build will continue to work on Win 7 as long as viable. Release 7.0 and git 2024-05-23-git-ece95dc3dc are the last full builds to support Windows 7.

Version 9.20 is the last one that works.
DrunkenTanker Posted June 24, 2024 Posted June 24, 2024 (edited) All Qt 6+ software with extremely high percent will not work on Windows 7, because I have seen only developers who does very strange things. Example. I strongly recommend to not spent time for their pieces of bad code. Try to search software without Qt and to talk with their developer. Qt is a cancer. If you need an app for Windows only, you can start to practise on C/C++/C#/Go... and Win API. You will get more lightweight software finally. P.S. I spent to much time to communicate with developers who using Qt to create apps. It's abbyss. P.P.S. Creating app for Windows XP it will work on Windows 7 too. Edited June 24, 2024 by DrunkenTanker
