Try just downloaded exe installer from MS, put it in the Hotfixes page. That's how I do it. But on the clean installation files, don't modify before that with anything else. And use nLite modifications all in one go. Meaning select what you want to remove and integrate in one session, better not to restart it and integrate again, or remove, that may clash with certain addons.

Normal install size (just 32bit windows folder) is around 7GB. So the estimation was correct. It could be mistaken with that byte/MB ratio, gonna check later, but that isn't 2GB error, more like few hundred MB. Also see if you integrated any drivers.

I don't support old vLite installs. Reinstall with 1.0 beta and the problem will probably go away.

pallavsuri, thank you for the report. But. Windows Home Server is not Vista family thus unsupported by vLite. People told you this so many times but you simply ignore it. See some other which you might have disabled. I remember disabling RPC or something like that caused majority of services to not run automatically.

That's normal for the Prompt Repair, that's the limitation. Otherwise Windows skips the Repair prompt as well.

Did you delete any files or folders after the Vista setup, and did you configure that Office like with Shrinker or something? Also you may try keeping Windows Mail if you use Outlook.
