Thank you for reporting that, nlite.inf on new user creation should only apply the Current User section, not the services entries. I'll be sure to check and correct that. About disabling nlite.inf before installation, no...that would be wrong. What you can do, I guess would be enough, is to remove the nlite.inf from the Default user hive. Start Regedit and go to HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce remove nlite entry there. If that doesn't help then have some patience and I'll fix it.
