correction with yahoo u can search for a specific email. and I don't really think that only this difference will be the reason for choosing gmail. hotmail: that's the opposite of what I have with yahoo. I don't get any spam with hotmail. even though its what I use for my messenger. @ don't u need a viagra @HyDeNCiTy hold on there we don't want to know the details okay the thing about 2gb. well I know from my father, he likes to keep records of the things he sent and recieved. just bc when he remembers 1 thing he can go and look it up. for most ppl I think it works like this. well if I recieve an attachment say a picture or something, I don't want it to use any space, I like to browse offline so I save it on my hdd. delete the emai and if i really want to know who sent it I rename the file accordingly... I think maybe for lazy or not so experienced users 2gb should be good. not saying this would be the only reason for using 2gb.. (my pov)

well yes those disposable emails are nice I am using 1 right now. but the truth with my yahoo account is, I had used it for everything back when I wasn't using emails too much. now I get all kinds of junk, medic prescription, p0rn, virus, viagra as much as I press "this is spam" button I keep getting spam to my inbox and I keep getting some of my important mails to junk mail I added lots of mail adresses to safe list so that they get delivered to my inbox. but still.... I already got a domain and started using it, but I still have to check the yahoo account bc most of my friends know that one. so if u're starting your new email habit, u could try yahoo, I'm sure with all they've done it will be better, but for me it doesn't work...

direct x didn't set the right folder? what does that mean? adobe: probably the other installshield didn't end properly (possible switch problem) nero with directx?? I cannot see the reason.. and finally with nis I dunno probably its bc of the previous installshield setup as well (not ended properly, ended prematurely..) I suggest a start over... try to install with xplode... and why don't u install directx with svcpack.inf?

yes it does it had happened to me. bc of my sister(by just pressing the switch to close the win98 machine) and lots of power outage my very old hdd was full of bad sectors. it covered 3 lines in through scandisk.. it was in the middle of the hdd just after 2.2gb if I try to do anywork after 2.2gb was full I'd get blue screens... but I don't remember if it was light or dark blue, it could even be green (there is a program to alter the background color of those error texts, no kidding!) anyways so thats no BS but i haven't seen any bad sectors in anyone's computer that's running xp, unless there is really a physical damage...

well I think it maybe bc of a settings that the host did. I mean with the htaccess file u can define the png files as something else like zip or something. did u try it with other sites that do support png come to think about it my sig is in png format do u see it? I mean try to copy and paste shortcut see what happens..

hmm first time I've ever seen something like that and I visit some of those sites talked about is it a http(s) site? what does your security control look like in ie? did u change it? I'm sure it has something got to do with that...

could it be bc of java? I remember seing a different switch for it...

invented? hmm hmm @astra 12 well I've to say that this euro cup as u may now happens once in 4 years of time. and its between the countries and since there are many more ppl who watch soccer/football its pretty okay for soccer to be on the frontpage and sorry but there are many other sports going on always, all the time. and since euro2004 is the latest news I think its okay to have it on frontpage.. also Michael schumacher got his 7 wins in a row, do u see that in any German news paper as headline news? I mean that's what sells and at this time of the year everyone is watching the euro2004, just like there was a time when everyone was watching the superbowl or whatever.. I'm always a fan of clear readable fonts that have a nice and not so confusing background picture. I feel like the screen is flickering with that type of background. I cannot look at a site like that too much....

hi I don't want to believe that he's still using that win98 on that machine there are many other great tools for scanning for harddrive for problems. scandisk most often just finds the problem, not likely to repair it. and since on 2000 & xp I haven't seen any hdd corruptions in any of my hdd's first program that pops up in my mind (though I haven't used it much but seen the name of it a lot) would be acronis.com's programs...
