I've very pleased with asus mb's my friend just bought (by my advice) p4c800 it has the nicest overclocking utility in windows everythings easy, I never had any problems with asus boards!!!! also depends on which chipset u'd want

direct cable? slow cross cable? 10/100/1000mbit depends on ethernet cards firewire cable? 400/800mbit more expensive pick one

I've been using powerdvd I had tried windvd didn't like it much powerdvd is easy to use and I haven't had any problems with it so far...

Hi there I'd like to object to the email of the MSFN mailer. it has changed again to "msfn@myorange.dk"??? I've rules in Outlook set-up for msfn mailer (for msfn@msfn.org and more) and everytime the admins decide to change that email I've to go through at least 20 times and add the new email to the rules I've for MSFN. now this is making me crazy I had created a distribution list so that this adding email thing could be easier. but everytime I try add or change the emails in the rules it says now how do I add a distribution list that outlook 2003 accepts? why does the mailer change? sorry don't get me wrong I know I'm not the one to be making decisions about this but its something that bothers me

Hi there I was browsing through the web, at one point a page didn't work and I emailed the admin to ask what on earth was wrong. he said nothing just press ctrl + F5, and it worked. now I've been using F5 to refresh but now i'm wondering what ctrl + f5 does? googleing a little advanced me to "refresh server cache" but I'm not totally convinced with that answer Thanks...

hi I think u're looking at this sp2 very wrongly! its a test build both have bugs and problems. if u're not really reporting bugs and all u shouldn't even switch to any sp2 build. there are updates from 2096 to 2138 otherwise there wouldn't be a 2138. I suggest u wait for the RTM.

hi there i'm sure there is going to be some sort of performance increase in 9c but u probably won't recognize it. one way or another all the new games will make u install it as well as recent drivers

if u want to play games why would u want to move to win2003? are they forcing u to get it??? win2000 & 2003 they're mostly customized for server and client based programs. u might be able to run it, but I highly doubt that u're going to get a good performance

why don't u have a bootable cd of longhorn I wonder? anyways, i'm sure if u burn it correctly it will be bootable and also u should just be able to run the setup from 98/xp/etc and it will probably install. I haven't tried it. but get a legal copy of it. otherwise I see no point in trying longhorn at this stage, unless u're going to submit bugs,....

no that msi file is pretty annoying it says it won't work if the setup.exe is not launched and the setup.exe in that folder, when u launch it, it says it will not work unless u start the setup.exe on the folder 1 level above. i've tried many things but didn't really look for the launch conditions of the msi someone could probably figure it out either go get devstudio / adminstudio or wininstallLe etc...

virtualdub should be able to handle that.. if not try virtualdub mod i've been using both, they work really good. !!!

explain rename pls? normally the drives will get the name of the cd placed in the drive other than that u might see bugs like drive not refreshing its contents.. why'd u want to rename them? how long do u stare at the drives joking...

and if u had important stuff in that partition don't worry u can recover it I used R-Studio NTFS recovery.. it recovered everything!

I often use winiso I tried ultra iso but i dunno winiso seems nicer other than that I use cdimage with Xpcreate that's all I don't like "no interface" of cd image... nor the lame interface of cd image pro...
