  16. check to see if you are both a part of the same workgroup (usaually just called 'WORKGROUP') Do this by right clicking on 'my computer' and then going to properties. Under the 'computer name' tab it will say what workgroup you are a part of. if they arent the same, click change on one and change it to make them the same. This may help B)
  17. @ChunkDog did you have to do anything special for the OEM versions of Windows that you have set up on your RIS server??? Do you just put the $OEM$ folder next to the i386??? or do you have to put it in i386??? Just thought id ask before I startsetting mine up. Thanks in advance
  18. I had it working with both /integrate and svcpack.inf at the same time. I just did the /integrate updates, and then later added some new ones to the svcpack folder, and svcpack.inf (they still work without the catalog part and all that other good stuff) You just have to make sure that dosnet.inf has the section [OptionalSrcDirs] SVCPACK added to it. It worked fine for me!!! Let me know if it works for you

  22. Im trying to get Windows XP to install remotely (RIS) from my server running 2003. When I run the PXE boot from the client, it runs fine until the windows setup stage. Then it tells me that it cant find the network driver??? Any ideas ???
