are u sure? cause i am pretty sure they wont..... simple reason: svcpack is in amd64 folder not in i386 folder.

hehehe....u know wmp11.exe also contains validation files.....look in wmp folder for legitlibm.dll getting back ontopic..yes u can add those 2 files to runonce.

as a part of testing team....i think this is insulting... u know ...we test the program before releasing it...but like others said here...if u use it on a bad source will give u errors. also if u are so "smart" and dont like it dont use it.....

sp3 should go first beacuse if u integrate it after wmp 11 will overwrite wmp11 files with wmp 9 files and u will get a very nice cd..... about portable version of wmp11 slips....hmmmm u can unapack the installer and grab the executable or u can install it and grab the .exe and then uninstall....

wmp11 slisptreamer directly integrates wmp11 to your xp cd, meaning it overwrites the wmp files with new ones and also add the new wmp 11 files to the xp cd. u dont have to rely on it if u dont like it..... the addon u were talking is a svcpack/runonce addon that add full wmp11 installer to your cd which will be executed with a silent switch during the xp install process. so i guess its just your choice...... as for the order i would do it like this 1. slisptream sp3 2. add wmp 11 installer and ie7 installer to nlite.

there is no error in hotfix integration. and it seems u unpacked the wmp11 installer and integrate only one part..... the way u have to do it is to add the full wmp11 installer to nlite hotfix and addon page.

please attach your nlite preset without editing it.....

no mate...if u unpack and repack the wmp 11 installer, u will ....brake everything... just after u slipstream wmp11 go to amd64 folder and look for wmp.in_ go use this command expand -r wmp.in_ then edit the way i told u..... in the end u will have 2 files wmp.inf one packed and one unpacked....to ease your task just delete the wmp.in_ and leave wmp.inf (that u just edited). thats it.....

u can make that service not to install by edit wmp.inf. just unpack this file from cd after u integrate wmp 11 and then search for WMPNetwk.exe and delete the command that creates the service.... then pack back the inf and voila

i do it like this 1. slipstream sp3 into xp sp 0 2. add wmp11 and hotfixes using my progie 3. add ie 7 addon and my other addons 4. nlite the cd also look on ryans site u will find some dx addon that contains march dx sp3 contains windows installer 3.1v2 and outlook express updates sp3 doesnt contain any ie7 or wmp11 updates

u cant integrate .net2 with nlite go to the addon section and search for a .net2 addon.

nope, nlite cant do that for u ... but u can try go to the addon section and read the tutorials there...and create your own addons.

the option is greyed cause u run nlite on an already patched source.

some hotfixes cant be integrated via nlite....the .net ones cant be integrated.

yes u may slipstream sp3 on a sp0 (gold xp cd). u need at least sp1 IF u install sp3 on a live system running xp.

some times when releasing a new service pack microsoft also blocks keys that they consider as unlegitimate....that means your key was used more then the license u have permited... so blame microsoft not nlite for this.
