dazzlee integrated wmp11 using slipstreamer on a xp source but running the slisptreamer in a 2k enviroment..... slisptreamer cant integrate wmp11 on 2k. his error can happen but like epsilon said we need more details..... please read his post carefully before posting.

what errors did u have with my slipstreamer?

sp2 is not needed ....service packs are cumulative so sp3 includes sp2 u need a xp gold (rtm) cd 1. slisptream sp3 2.add wmp11 and its hotfixes in nlite. u can also add ie7 and its fixes here and do everything in just one row.

dont know.... we changed a lot in its structure so it will take some time....

that err its not casued by slisptreaming that fix.....i did slipstream it so many times on sp3....with no err

like i said....there are 2 option to cure this err: 1. disable sfc with nlite 2. use this addon ps new version of wmp11 slipstreamer will fix this err.

what about umdf.exe and wmfdist11.exe? they are also needed for wmp 11 install......

sp3 doesnt contain any ie7 or wmp11 hotfixes.....

can u plese attach your nlite preset? and patching works fine

ie7 and wmp11 overwrite ie6 and wmp 9. it is recomended to integrate them on a clean cd.

man....this err is caused by breaking digital signatures. any addon that edits files that are signed will make setup to give errors. one solution is to disable sfc. or thanx microsoft .......

then try keep the agp filters and try i remember it happened to me on a compaq laptop......

by any chance your vga adpter is on agp slot? if so dont remove agp filters......

no everything went just fine for me

as long as i know....sp3 doesnt contain wmp 11 fixes. also sp3 its not yet public so i guess that wu doesnt work fully. so my recomandation is to include all fixes.
