So, for example, the frame top border can be ID 47 in Win8 but in Win11, the ID 47 can interpreted a Close button. It is just an example - the correct IDs can be checked e.g. in Windows Style Builder. In other words, layout files still work but each ID must point to correct part of atlas file. I think that .layout files work correctly (in general) but you need to have correct layout file and I admit that I didn't extract it yet.

There is a small bug in 1.4.5 which prevents setting inactive colors. If you have Windows 10 Version 1511, you can change color in registry using HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\DWM - AccentColorInactive.

You can use AccentFrameInactive settings for inactive frame color in TH2. However, I just discovered bug which precent Aero Glass from apply custom colors.

Just briefly, because I didn't have much time to complete the changelog for 1.4.5 yet. In pre-Win10, the theme settings "Colorization opacity" is respected. But in Win10, I ignore this settings completely now, because Win10 sometimes sends correct value and sometimes does not. So if you want to have old behaviour, you must modify ColorizationXXXXInactive settings manually.

Use old AppInit_DLLs method to install it. This requires secure boot to be off. There is currently no other way to correctly install it, but I'm still inspecting it.
