Whoops

Today I installed Aero Glass on two fresh Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB systems. Unfortunately the Glass Effect was not successfully applied to the title bars, as show in the following screenshot (title bar became white opaque). How to apply the Glass Effect as show below? Updating to the latest Windows version did not help. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time! I've donated, but before activating my keys I like to be sure it's working
