try adding the driver below as textmode. the driver will not work with windows 2000, just XP 32bit (Home or Pro) when it is integrated there is no need to press F6 anymore
-
i think this has been mentioed before, i think you have to uninstall your antivirus and restart your computer then try... try searching the forum at the bottom of the vLite Forum page
-
1. You need to have a x64 host to add x64 updates, you will get errors if you try 2. i have them hotfixes, works great as nuhi fixed the problem, thx nuhi
-
read my above post but... 1. Windows Aero but with most effects turned off, just the glass effect on really 2. Not using Virtual Machine 3. Just got the ones i & windows need, the ones are disabled i have basically uninstalled 4. Superfetch was removed in vLite 5. 8GB 6. nope just went through the registry, and used a custom made program to basucally control whats running, anything i put in its "list" it will not allow to run, and if i need to undo a certain tweak/setting it will do that too. 7. Yes (Works Great) and all other x64 patches patches, using vLite

How did you reach that results? I'm sorry if I dont believe it, I think you are joking.. Wasn't Easy... Lots of tweaks Removing/disabling unused hardware Removing/disabling services Removing unused files Removing temp files BIOS tweaks (overclocking) Lots of fans cooling my case Sorting all my internal pc cables with cable ties Spraying all the dust out Disable unused stuff in BIOS too Deleteing all startup items Also aswell as using vLite i removed some services/features/etc.. i didnt need from the WIM image myself Overclocked memory and cpu Removed pagefile (not really a tweak but not really needed for 8GB of RAM, so Hard Drive is not in use as much) Lots of registry tweaks Only installed the software i needed Created my own program which gets rid of unused processes from task manager and keeps them closed (VB .NET), adds all my own tweaks, helps alot I don't use anything like IE,Mozilla, i use ma own (needs less memory and faster cos it has less junk but also less options & compatible with flash, etc... so it does the job) Firewall on router so don't need one for my computer, removed Windows Firewall since i posted the topic Most Importantly, made a image of the OS so i don't have to do all of it again Disabled all special effects, except Aero Theme Also removed SQL Server, Mail Server, FTP Server, Web Server and VB6 since ive fully upgraded to VB .NET 2005. Removed since last post Lots more....

Marvell Yukon Gigabit, strange i have that and i don't get that problem may i ask what your motherboard is? just curious... Maybe, if you can try a different version
-
try burning to disk at a slower speed and if there is a "verify" option... select it
-
oh i didnt see the screenshot, ye that means you've set it too disable in a previous nlite (nlite deletes it so you can enabled it again), nuhi why dont you make it so it just renames the "bootfix.bin" instead of deleting it so you can easily bring it back glad you got it fixed, good work
-
to make it automatically boot without pressing any key just delete "bootfix.bin" from the I386 folder
-
on the unattended page enable "Skip Automatic Activation", try that
-
the game does not work for me either and i have all the latest drivers EDIT: If its the "Out of Memory" problem try adding more virtual RAM also try disabling Tripple Buffering if its on This is on your Graphic Card Application, if you have ATI Graphics Card then its the Catalyst Control Center
-
you can tell when it doesn't work because the hotfixes take too quickly to integrate, ie 1 second per hotfix
-
anyone know where it can be downloaded from and what could be on it?
-
but still XP uses different files n such than vista, so nLite or vLite would have to be rebuilt to match it. But making XP a WIM is possible
-
nothing is imposible it can be done but requires alo of work + nLite or vLite prob wont work with it unless nLite is recoded, etc...
-
sorry it's hard to tell what you have removed as i don't know spanish or what ever language your preset is in. if someone could translate it, then it would be great
-
i got this error when opening visual studio 2005, fixed it though. i just installed an update for it (SP1)
-
2.11MB omg , that's loads... that's like a... Floppy Disk! Anyways best to remove windows sounds
-
althought vista has directx 10 built in, some games still need this download Directx 9 (Latest), even though it checks for genuine since its vista it will bypass it and still let you download might aswell try

Best Place to find all the hotfixes to integrate?
Legolash2o replied to S0mE0nesMiNd1's topic in vLite
On other topics users have mentioed something called "AutoPatcher" Not much, but hope that helps -
64bit or just normal home/pro? if you want the link to all your drivers just say and ill post the link Below is the drivers for normal 32bit windows when you integrate them using nLite you might get a popup asking either textmode or pnp, select textmode P.S you dont have to start a fresh nLite source and can just add on top of a already nLitened XP
-
You need to integrate the SATA Drivers as "textmode" tell me the make & model of the laptop, and what windows your are using please and i will get them for you Liam

Dell D620/D630 SigmaTel HDA Driver Exception / Splatted
Legolash2o replied to EvilBetty's topic in nLite
its the one from the dell website, the link you gave, ive read the inf file and it only copies 3 files (which are provided) aswell as the driver signature so it can install If you go to "C:\Program Files\SigmaTel\C-Major Audio\" its just the WDM Folder you need to integrate so copy the whole folder (WDM i mean), saves you downloading -
might be useful to check the code nuhi to see if it closes the wim, or other files accessed during applying/rebuild to see if they close properly. I remember using the Exit button instead of the Finish after it was completed, also check the code when the user clicks yes if they decide to cancel you might have forgot to enter new code since integration. Just a thought, better safe than sorry (Checking i mean) Liam
