So, D3D11.1 on Win 7 is just a stub, it's not "API" like you wrote. What it does, it simply tells a game, go on, run, it runs, but with 11.0 since the 11.1 features are absent. So, after fiddling with chrome.dll, I was able to edit out most of the values ClientHints API sends to servers. But the API shows as working, I think it's a good result.

I am running WSUS 9.2.6 XP64 with .NET & C++ right now and it is working fine. The Excludelist-Supersed.txt file I paste when you script says pause. If I paste it before it is replaced by the empty version. I am using the latest version wsusscn2.cab and its extracted Excludelist-Supersed.txt file from running WSUS 9.2.6 looking for XP updates without .NET

Hi, I noticed a problem. First of all I use StartAllBack 3.8.1 on fully updated Windows 11 Pro 23H2. The problem is with the EA app. When I try to open this app it doesn't open, it just stays in the taskbar with blank miniature. I am attaching a screenshot of what it looks like exactly. The app only works when I click on it in the taskbar after a while but when I disable "enhanced taskbar" everything start working as it should and the EA app open normally. I'm convinced this strange behavior started when I updated StartAllBack to 3.8.1 because this issue didn't happen before on version 3.7.11 - Is there any way to fix this or any chance of fixing this issue in one of the future StartAllBack updates? I would be very grateful for that. Mentioned screenshot of the problem.

Hi, noticed very distracting bug...in 3.8.x version when doing something (in this example in TC) like calculating sha1 on large dir etc., progress line in taskbar does not reset after it is finished or canceled. It stays like in attached bug.png forever (or until minimized to tray->restored): ...when in fact it should be like in attached Nobug.png, as soon as progress is canceled/finished (because nothing is copying/progressing/doing anymore) Only tested version 3.7.11 for a short time before, as I remember in that version this bug was not present. well i dont think the 13 gb are the size if you combine all to 1 installer these small installers always use codes and files that take "extra disc-space" also some are reppetiv that means also less disc space 2000 files definatly are some longer work but for a such size a programm would be a solution that maybe logs these KB upgrades (that still make it some work, but you are far faster when you just have a programm that says you what this installer in doing) in LLVM i had this problem it was around 130-180 executables/dlls/modules that had this version problem , so i made a small programm to fix all of these ~150 executables with that programm - that worked out if you do so you will have just 1 executable that install that office 2003 in 1 step actually if you want a more simple method this 1 is fast to do: you write a script (for example a .bat/batch file) where you says "run" kb1 /q (for quied and doing it) the next line follows "run" kb /q and so on... that dont make it very fast but that is still certainly better then downloading them and running them step-wise

Option Office 2003 & 2007 @LORPAL My motivations to use WSUS offline update is to get updates for Office 2000-XP-2003-2007-2010 a suite that I no longer use but that I might need at any time. The matter is difficult, I found ISOs at archive.org with updates that included from Office 2003 to Office 2013. Why do I want them? I wondered, especially because Office 2013 is not compatible with XP. So the mission impossible to get the loose updates for each version of Office began. Now immersed in this impossible mission I finally notice and read this within the Wsus Menu 9.2.6: Office 2003-2010 (OFC) "If you select an office product above, Dinamically determined updates for office 2003 - 2010 will be included automatically" So it seems that it is impossible to get those isolated updates with WSUS. Entering the moment of the mission: Great @AstroSkipper that we are getting slightly newer versions of WSUSSCN2.cab, but not too much. In Office 2003 & 2007 if WSUSSCN2.CAB is used, what happens is that hundreds of files are downloaded, although they do not appear it could be Office updates for all Windows versions, and as I mentioned before, they contain updates for different versions of Office The strange thing is that using the latest version of WSUSSCN2.Cab the updates downloaded are different if WSUS 9.2.6 are executed in XP (2529 updates) and in seven (800 updates). However, thanks to @AstroSkipper, I have proven that using WSUSSCN2.CAB from 2019 the updates downloaded from XP are much less and contain a name that resembles an Office update more than to an update of Windows Seven or 10. Perhaps to limit further to Office 2003 and 2007, a WSUSSCN2.CAB 2017 version should be used, which @AstroSkipper has also facilitated. If with WSUS 11.9.6 the updates for Office 2010 are discharged, the size reaches 13 GIB. So it is easy to think that it not only contains updates for Office 2010. And there is the question of checking if these updates can be installed on Windows XP, in any of the aforementioned Office. I copied and pasted ExcludeList-superseded.txt with 1640 KiB and ran WSUS with the latest wsusscn2.cab with the "Cleanup download directories" option. Now 290 updates are downloaded instead of 559 and the folder finally has 303 updates left. I have used the most recent wsusscn2.cab file (687.267.824 B, 11.07.2024) from the Microsoft Update server downloaded by WSUS Offline Update 9.2.6. In the folder client\wxp\deu, I now have 564 updates.

I guess it won't be much more use than 360Chrome is now if it hasn't been updated further than Chromium 87.
