  2. Glad you like it! Toggle CSP is one of my self-created custom buttons. Thanks for your patch! How do I have to apply it? I am not a Git user and not familiar with it. As far as I can see, it is a diff code. - means code to be removed and + means code to be added. Right? I assume it is targeting the modified config.js file where the original code was usually injected by the user, right? What is the final effect of this code change? Don't forget I am just a hobby coder! My strenghts are batch programming, CSS, a bit JavasScript and modifying/recycling existing code only if I understand the code and its problem. All is done locally on my computer. @feodor2 Ok! I tried myself. I removed the code marked with - and added the code marked with +, both simply manually. Works great! The Custom Buttons extension seems to be fully functional, and extensions which couldn't be installed before due to the message "Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt" can now be installed without any warnings. Is that what the code change is supposed to achieve? In any case, I will test this new code more deeply the next days, but first of all, a big thanks!

  4. At the moment, I can't find the original link to the most recent version of Custom Buttons which I am currently using. Therefore, I'll upload it and send you the download link via PM.

  5. It is not only a warning message which is shown in my images and when installing other unsigned extensions. The extension Custom Buttons, for example, is natively unsigned and does not work correctly due to the signature verification which seems to restrict its functionality. Only the hack did the trick which leads me to the conclusion that this feature has not really been removed, unfortunately. TBH, I hate all these restrictions in general. That's why I love the legacy UXP browsers. No serious restrictions. But nevertheless, Mypal 68 is a really good browser, and I appreciate your efforts.

  6. Nothing to do with luck , you just didn't stress it well enough . I mean , never unleashed the full potential . All that games you play simply can't make the temps go high . Try to run some real DX11 game on it and you will see much , much higher temps . All of those paid reviews from the internet , lol ! They run their cards in a well air-conditioned rooms in open cases ! So add at least 10-15+ Celsius to the testing "results". And Titan black is very hot too , can fry eggs and even meat on it. In a well ventilated case with 2x 140mm intake and 2x120mm outtake : 88Celsius playing Sacred 2. (an old game from 2008). And that is with my room temps at 18-20 Celsius ! So I sold it and now have the first Titan , less heat , but about 86 degrees too. (at least a couple degress less and less noise). The very "talented" engineers from Nvidia made the metal plate with too few holes , so the air is trapped inside . The only solution is to drill more holes.

  7. Before the CODIV scamdemic I usually received my parcels from US to my country in a matter of 4-6 days !!! Yes, 6 days max. Mostly parcels from PA , CA or NY and some from Texas . Right now I'm holding myself very tight . Why ? I'm trying to avoid a really tough hate speech towards UPS , DHL-"express" and FedEx. I simply can't justify their existence . Perhaps money laundering/scam ? It would the only logical explanation. Got several parcels "refused" to ship to me by the FedEx "office" in London . Who those little m0rons are !? The same parcels arrived safely and trouble free with the cheapest USPS option. They play gods when it comes to "collecting taxes" also . Their "support" is a joke.

  8. Boycott Amazon. It doesn't even have their own delivery service. It pays USPS to use their trucks and then charge you 6x times more. BTW , the prices there are ridiculous ...

  9. Nah , you don't understand ! You need to eat bugs so the BLM and other dems/marxists could have their luxury manours. This is what they teach at Californian schools as of now ! Black Live Manours : https://nypost.com/2021/04/10/marxist-blm-leader-buys-1-4-million-home-in-ritzy-la-enclave/ https://nypost.com/2021/04/10/inside-blm-co-founder-patrisse-khan-cullors-real-estate-buying-binge/ https://nypost.com/2021/04/14/blm-leader-defends-buying-1-4m-los-angeles-home/ And this is some real commie censorship . Youtube deletes the video about their luxury real estates: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0yi3g39hd40

  10. Something's definitely wrong with prices in California. I'd say the inflation is bad all over the world too, but California is always overpriced and overregulated . And this manufactured crisis is not over yet .

  11. Certainly ! You mean we should see a German made OS there ? Or a German made CPU , maybe ? I remember there were Thomson made CPUs out there in the wild (1980-1990s) . Do not remember German-made though.

  12. My DL speeds from my Dutch IP are somewhat fine . It starts with 1.5Mbps and then (after approx. 50%) drops to 512Kib/s . Suffice to say , I have a fully operational 1 Gigabit internet link , so definitely not limited by my ISP. I shall not name the cool tool I use , youtube staff will read this and block it . Though , I can share via PM with certain friends and @win32. I do not have a YT account , I don't care about likes and comments . Though, I'm definitely against their commie censorship. P.S. My neighbour had an account , but now he just can't login because they demand his mobile phone , and not just a phone , they demand his Dutch phone in his precise location , yes they said "we need your phone from the place you created your account " ! Of course , 4k and even 1080p HQ vids are choppy as hell at such terrible speeds if watched in a browser.

  15. I already posted the meaning of the error code 0x800706B5: Check if there are problems in your system with the event log service! @WSC4 As far as I understand your error code, the service BITS fails to start because the Eventlog service is not running. Check both services! Are they set to start automatically (auto)? BITS is definitely needed for MU/WU and has to be working correctly. And keep in mind, my guide was generally written for Windows XP Professional SP3 32-bit. But there were members like, for example, @maile3241 who got MU/WU running under Windows XP 64-bit using ProxHTTPSProxyMII 1.3a in the past. Whether it is still working in these days or not, I really don't know. If you can't fix it and all fails, you should give another method a try.

  17. The (mediamarkt|saturn).de rendering issue has been already reported here in this thread in late July, by your compatriot @lh2500 : https://msfn.org/board/topic/184051-my-browser-builds-part-4/?do=findComment&comment=1249726 The discussion that followed dissected the problem and the cause was found to be no support for "CSS revert" in UXP ... These two German websites mostly work with the userscript kindly posted by @UCyborg (and linked to above by @nicolaasjan) ; if you want them to display exactly as they were meant, you'd have to use Kafan Minibrowser (Chromium 87-based) with "experimental-web-platform-features" turned on - this supposes you can at least use XP SP3 x86 ... If you don't want to use a userscript in St52/NM28 or can't run KafanMiniBrowser, the UXP "hacks" I posted already do still apply: The same route will render https://www.livefromiceland.is/ mostly operational... And @Mathwiz was quick to post as I was composing mine, so congrats to him!

  18. What are you talking about? I ask you a simple question. And to be crystal clear, posting images for documenting facts is no spamming. You should know that regardless of your personal preferences. Everyone is different. Anyway! Based on the nature of your reply, I'll have to assume that your statement about removing the signature verification is indeed incorrect.

  28. google is rolling out the new chrome extensions webstore site. "chrome.google.com/webstore" redirects to "chromewebstore.google.com" with an extension like "cookie keeper 0.2.4" you could delete the new "chromewebstore" cookie to get the old site back. download : https://www.crx4chrome.com/crx/47259/ ("Download Crx File from Crx4Chrome" is the only link working) but lately that does not work anymore for most extensions installed. the old site is still up and can be reached through this page : https://webextension.org/listing/access-control.html (no need to install) this script will let you download extensions if you click the "add buttom" but you will have to install the crx files manually. -------------------------------------------------------------- // ==UserScript== // @name Chrome New Webstore make available for all web browsers which support it // @namespace https://greasyfork.org/en/users/85671-jcunews // @version 1.0.1 // @license AGPL v3 // @author jcunews // @description Make extensions in the new version of Google Chrome Webstore be available for all web browsers which support it // @match https://chromewebstore.google.com/* // @grant none // ==/UserScript== (t => { function chk(a, b, c) { if ((a = location.pathname.match(/^\/detail\/([^\/]+)\/(.*)/)) && (b = document.querySelector('section>div>div[data-is-touch-wrapper]>button:not([data-forall])'))) { b.dataset.forall = 1; b.disabled = false; b.addEventListener("click", () => c.click()); b.appendChild(c = document.createElement("A")); c.style.display = "none"; c.href = `https://clients2.google.com/service/update2/crx?response=redirect&prodversion=100.0&acceptformat=crx2,crx3&x=id%3D${a[2]}%26uc` } } (new MutationObserver(() => { clearTimeout(t); t = setTimeout(chk, 200) })).observe(document.body, {childList: true, subtree: true}); chk() })() ------------------------------------------------------------------------- script source : https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/479807-chrome-new-webstore-make-available-for-all-web-browsers-which-support-it

  40. So how is this different to FurMark ? Highest possible GPU clocks + 100% load + locked at 120FPS is exactly the same torture test as furmark does . It will actually go lower if your game in fact "does" something . In menus they design them to run this way , I observed the same behaviour with my GTX980 and now with Titan X.

  41. Just so you know , there's no such thing as "idling in the menu" , in fact , it's much worse than a torture test . You can try it youself , just launch (let's say sacred 2 , because you're on XP , right? So no DX11 for you) and you will see the card clocks going higher and higher with every second . Now look at the frames , it could go to 300Fps and higher ! So I suggest to turn the sync ON . And even with Vsync ON it will still torture your card , and I advise against its . You might want to skip the menu and go play as fast as you can ! I once went to make a coffee and left Road Redemption (DX11 game) in the main menu . I can't even start to describe the heat that came out of the Black Titan . I guess it was 5-7 minutes tops.

  42. Well , we have an oceanic climate here , very soft winters , if you could even call it a winter . It's about +7(C) during these days. I live in an 18th century house with a wooden oven . I barely use it because I cook on the electric one . But this wooden oven can be used for heating and even forging . I don't have gas pipelines in my house at all. In 2021, the town became part of the transnational UNESCO World Heritage Site because of its famous baths and its architectural testimony . Is it good ? One one hand : yes . On the other : the bloody tourists , lots of them . Esp. the russian ones, the most annoying and very loud. So I went to our nearest repair shop and guess what ? They told me it's pretty normal for the second batch of this hot chip to run this way . I guess you're lucky that you have the first revision chip (this is my guess though). The card works absolutely fine , I had to increase the fan speed though . Now it's about 88 degrees during heavy load. Not bad , considering the fact of only 50 Euro paid. During casual gaming it's about 75-76 (C). Overall , I don't like . I didn't notice any huge improvements over my GTX 980 SSC. I don't need 12GB of VRAM . In most of my games only 4 used at max. I'll search for the black Titan , like you told me , it should be much better . Thanks again .

  43. Well , thank you . The problem is , he refused to ship them to me . So I bought Titan X and can't use it . It's a hellish oven way over 95 degrees (celsius). So I went to read and found this . Seems like this card has manufacturing defects. It can't be just so many people reported this out of the blue. No wonder I got it so cheap. I mean , it works , but it's so hot and loud !!! MX4 didn't help. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/geforce-graphics-cards/5/197392/just-got-the-titan-x-runs-extremely-hot/

  44. At this state of things we need to cover ourselves with a white sheet and crawl to the nearest cemetery because the gaming days are over , unless you have a 10 grand of Euro freely floating around. In 2014 I bought a TOP PC with GTX980 SSC and 16Gb of RAM for *only* 1100 Euro.

  45. Hi , is it possible to remove the nulcear blast warning from it ? Otherwise , this tool is great ! Much better than the original one. (that didn;t work at all). I answered , "yes , I'm sure" . Yet it always asks me again.

  46. Hi and sorry for the off-top. I was offered this 8 years old card for dirt cheap. Is it woth it ? My current is GTX980 super OC . [SSC] . I'm not satisfied with it's performance . Also , with the missing AA options . Could you please look at your NVCPL and tell me what is the max available AA settings ? Thank you very much .
