Well i got it fixed incase people have the same issue. I though maybe it was something to do with windows so I installed start11 trial and man i disliked that one lol. The start menu opened up correctly though. I uninstalled that cause i didn't like it. Restarted and installed the newest version again of SAB, but for some weird reason it installed correctly this time no clue why. Now everything is working correctly.

Also the start menu will not open when i click on it only when i push the windows key on the keyboard. Also i cant change the theme of the start men u even when i select one it stays at the ugly windows 11 default one. Why i tried updating SAB and I'm stuck. Need some help.

I tried to integrate the Universal 32bit AMD AHCI driver v1.2.1.321 mod+signed by Fernando in text mode, but when loading I get a message that the amd_sata.sys file was not found. I looked in amd_sata.inf |txtsetup.oem my VID/PID was not there, I registered it there, rebuilt it, but still the file was not found. Or is information about devices also stored in the driver itself and a recompilation/compilation is needed? PS. Chipset A320 I also tried it through Patch Integrator v4.2.3, the process has progressed, it sees the disk, but if I try to format it or format it in advance and try the installation right away, I get an error that the disk is damaged, etc.

I installed the October 2025 update yesterday, and StartAllBack now has a weird problem – taskbar on secondary monitors isn't hiding, and it's also transparent: If I disable and reenable auto-hiding, the problem goes away until my monitors go to sleep (which causes the primary monitor to disconnect), then the problem reappears. Yes I have used Windscribe service for six years now. I went a few months with their 10 GB monthly free plan and paid for a year Christmas special and then a 3 year Black Friday special twice. When installing it i only have the option to install for all users. Anyways why is it installing a old version when i download the newest one

I had the same issue and fixed it by running both Explorer and Excel with the same permissions—either both as admin or both normally—then drag and drop started working again.

Ok i found that there is message at the bottom: Your files, apps and settings cant be kept because you are installing an edition of Windows that is different than the one youre currently using. Problem is that i dont understand why, what is so special on my edition? I have WIndows 7 SP1 64 bit activated, updated.. i had PRO edition, use Anywhere update to push it to Ultimate edition, but i still see this message. I dont think that problem is language version, because we i use difference language edition message is different and post to language. I used WIndows 10 media creation tool, which i hoped would be clever enough to created the right version to upgrade, i also tried to donwload some WIndows 10 iso files from the internet, or MS side by using Blueberry client trick but i still have this problem I there any tool to get more info about installed OS version than Winver, or why its not compatible? Update: I found out that strictly PRO iso 1607 is working, but not newer.. some universal iso or consumer iso, simply does not working. 1703 info still have Pro 64bit version, which is working too, but later consumers iso are not working.. I wonder do i need business version of iso to upgrade? Right after install i got some update install update option, it took 2 hours but 1803 was installed and after i could update to 22h2 using classic Windows 10 upgrade procedure. I had a windows 11 Pro 24H2 update today (10/16/2025) and I am not sure which of the following updates broke version 3.9.15 taskbar making it transparent and no autohide. The taskbar on bother monitors broke. 2025-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5066835) (26100.6899) 2025-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for x64 (KB5066131) I updated to version 3.9.16 which fixed the primary taskbar but my secondary screen remains broken. Edit: Uninstalled KB5066835 and that update broke the taskbar.

My color HP 656c printed quickly via USB from Windows 98 in 2002. I second the recommendation for trying the oldest available drivers. Try the default PCL5 drivers first: Back up your system Uninstall/remove all drivers and software related to printing Backup/create a new restore point Attach printer and scan for new hardware Select any Laserjet that uses PCL5 drivers If this solves the print delay problem, install updated HP drivers if you want more features.
