The problem with the new topic lasted for a really long time, and only fixed now. I remember being unable to  post on the Microsoft Office forum months ago. The Like button was used by a group of people with a leader whose name begins with "D", but they don't seem to be kiddies. I only use the like button generally when I've read what was said to me and don't want to reply anymore.

While everything works, I'm keeping Supermium 132. Don't fix what isn't broken.

Um...  Why?

1)  I personally feel as if the "like" feature of this website is RUINING IT!
Turns the website into some sort of KIDDIE GAME.
Truly USEFUL members have little to no "rep points" because the KIDS are not logging in EVERY DAY to fill their QUOTA for the USEFUL posts.
Rather, they only hunt for their "favorite people" (useful or not) and click that d@mn "like", even if that post was from DECADES AGO because that's what it took to fulfil that daily QUOTA.
It's not against forum rules, so "carry on, you're doing great work".

2)  I started using Chrome++ years ago, and it wasn't by the mention of the person requesting a "thumbs up"
Did I give a thumbs up at the time?  Don't recall.  Is it really important "years later"?  I assure you, THAT person is not REQUESTING (edit) SOLICITING FOR a "thumbs up".

3)  Technically, I only "replied" because POSTING NEW TOPICS IS (edit) WAS CURRENTLY BROKEN.

Respect your opinion...

Sometimes all I can do is laugh at myself.
I spent the better part of two days in Ghidra comparing/contrasting Chrome++ version 1.11.1 and version 1.13.3.

I wanted either -
   a) restore 1.11.1's approach for launch_on_exit= to 1.13.3, or
   b) add 1.13.3's ability to add itself to Chrome/Chromium's "about" page to 1.11.1

And all that time in Ghidra DID SOLVE MY ISSUE.
ie, here is Chrome v140's "about" page showing that Chrome++ version 1.11.1 is being used.

Only then did I discover this and adding this MANUALLY as a command_line= option also works (and much easier than digging through Ghidra, lol).
