@Tihiy

A few months ago, you promised to include the option to swap the position of the date and time. I have already asked about this. Why don't you respond to this or simply add the option?

If you meant this response, he just said it is noted, but it being noted doesn't necessarily mean it will make it into the next release.

He also said not to bump your questions and that he sees everything posted. Clearly it isn't a priority. If every request made were implemented SAB would look like Start 11 lol.

Yeah, also noticed that.

I haven't tried Start11, but I would rather stay away from Stardock's products, especially after discovering that they need your email address to use them even in trial mode. Nothing beats SaB in my opinion, not even Open Shell.

There is mention through this thread of a "...windows spotlight  button right click problem on desktop". This is where on right click of "Learn about this picture" user sees only "Open" instead of a context menu inviting "switch to next image" or a preview of four desktop options.

I see this problem with all recent versions of SAB in Windows 11 23H2 fully patched. Is there some way user can resolve this issue without uninstalling SAB?

TIA

No, because braindead Chrome draws it in top-right

But for win7 UI it look broken :0
It's for all apps too which make them look weird
(Also why we're talking about chrome again? I'm referring to any other app in general)

But you said I promised? That implies I responded. I'm not usually adding options for the sake of one person.

That's a bit of a mouthful.

Counter question: Did you only adding options/features of a request of many persons? Did hundrets of persons ask for the date option in the taskbar? (I don't think so). Moreover I think, you have your own ideas of useful features. So it was a suggestion by myself, because this option certainly is useful. And not every user, ask for a special feature, but after is is available, he wil use it.

Do you think Microsoft would be where they are today if they had only implemented what users wanted?

Innovation is the magic word. (The more functions your software has, the more valuable it is and the more customers will opt for it.)

Afterwards, some functions are surely not possible / too complicated / no desire (delete the unnecessary mention) to add,
Like adding "Use classical drive grouping...." requested by several users for quite some time, but never had any news

And additions that most would do without :D

Try out T-clock, it works with the new taskbar. Allows you to configure the clock however you want.

My Startallback is still bugged. Shortcuts to "devices" and "display" just direct me towards the start page of the settings page. When I access them via the vanilla win11 start menu, everything works. Any idea? I'm on Win11 Pro, latest patch of both, Windows and Startallback.

Thanks in advance!
