Tihiy Posted September 25 Author Posted September 25 It does exactly that. I'm not sure why you everyone has selective blindness but that's not a feature meant to take front row. 2
Dmitrik Posted September 25 Posted September 25 Oh, my fault. Somehow I installed 3.8.9 instead of 3.8.10. Not to say I'm surprised now that I couldn't find the features of 3.8.10 there. Everything works in 3.8.10! Thank you for total ungrouping and closing any app by middle click! These are killer features for me! No more need for 7+TB, Windhawk, etc. Thank you again!
OedoSoldier Posted September 25 Posted September 25 (edited) Hello @Tihiy, is it possible to make new folders open in the explorer's new tab by default instead of opening in a new window? Many people have requested this function in the Microsoft Community, but Microsoft has never responded. I know that Stardock Groupy can achieve this function ,but Groupy is very laggy and takes up a lot of resources. I know that StartAllBack has implemented macOS-like minimalistic tabs, which is very smooth. How wonderful it would be if StartAllBack could further allow new folders to be opened in new tabs like https://github.com/w4po/ExplorerTabUtility. Edited September 25 by OedoSoldier

Many other software applications also open folders, such as the ‘Show in folder’ option in Chrome’s download manager. However, you obviously cannot use the middle click on a folder to open it in a new tab. Edited September 25 by OedoSoldier
mina7601 Posted September 25 Posted September 25 (edited) I noticed a strange bug. Open the Start menu, right click on the recent programs pane (left pane), and switch between Small icons, Medium icons and Large icons respectively. Repeat that, and notice that the Start menu resizes itself when you do that. Edited September 25 by mina7601
sausje Posted September 26 Posted September 26 (edited) Odd, I woke up this morning and see my start button attached to my middle bar, didn't change any setting or didn't notice any update. Fixed it, somehow the option to center pictograms was combined with start button?? Didn't change anything.. Edited September 26 by sausje
ExpertNoob Posted September 26 Posted September 26 Sorry if this was asked before (couldn't find it) : Quick launch under 24H2 ? (feature request). StartAllBack rocks !

StartAllBack rocks ! If you are talking about the old Quick Launch toolbar: Right click on the taskbar, select "Lock the taskbar" (if it has a checkmark, it will be cleared to unlock the taskbar, if it's locked), then right click on the taskbar again. A new "Toobars" submenu will appear. Move your cursor to that, then click "New toolbar...". Paste this, then press Enter: %AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch Then click "Select Folder". Quick Launch toolbar will appear on your taskbar. Edited September 26 by mina7601
Ionut Bara Posted September 26 Posted September 26 (edited) can i add a suggestion? possiblity to change the default microphone from the right-click the notification icon to Select a different capture/microphone device taskbar just like in this project https://github.com/DvdGiessen/microphone-mute-indicator . I use that, but that icon it runs all time, and when a mic is used , add the menu. also can you add to show the icon like the app? if the mic is used or not. Edited September 26 by Ionut Bara
ExpertNoob Posted September 26 Posted September 26 Thank you Mina7601. I know how to add the quick launch folder, just was missing the Toolbars ! That was a show stopper moving to 24H2. Relief ! 1
