why am I gettinf a chrome://errorpage/?/lastupdatepage when trying to get to a website,, it is up as it works in chrome but not 360EE same for some other sites it used to

What version are you using?

Perhaps you are using a version that does not have all of the telemetry removed?

A screencap of what you are seeing would help us assist you.

i can No longer get to imgur to upload a image it loads and I get a blank black page nothing there i did try clearing cookies how do i clear cache

Open the browser, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete on any tab. It will summon the window where you clear whatever you desire.

Edit:
Universal for all browsers on Chrome.

this what UI am seeing trying to get to some pages where i used to be able to

i did try clearing cache on 360EE still see a blank black page on imgur (works on chrome and FF)used to be ok on 360EE

the version of 360\ee i hsve is 13.5.1039 86.04240.198

Right click on the erroneous page, choose "inspect", then post the dev. console log here.

think i got it right this for imgur getting a blank black page I did turn off ublock for it thinking this maybe the cause

there is nothing for the blank page

Your problem is this line  --  .split(...).at is not a function

how is this rectified as imgur works fine on chrome and ff BUT not 360EE it used to

Everything I've visited to try to track down your issue doesn't even have the same .js files you cited in your log.

i did try updating the UA in 360loader no go

link i have to imgur is https://imgur.com/

deffo NOT changed anything in 360EE apart from the UA

from my search it is calling on the js and jquery looks like either the site or its the javascript gone wonky

is there a newer version to what i have

its looking like imgur doesnt like 360EE as it is ok in chrome FF and other browsers

I'll have to try the imgur from home.  I no longer keep 360Chrome here at work.

As for 13.5.1039, I'm not familiar with it.  I use 13.5.1030.  There are "newer" versions but in the case of 360Chrome with the v86 Chrome engine, "newer is simply not better", stick with the OLDER.

Judging by the amount of typos in the OP's post, I think it's a typo. It's 1030. Also doesn't work for me.
