This thread is about Root Certificates and Revoked Certificates for Windows XP. You can update your Root Certificates automatically by using the Certificate Updater 1.6

or manually by using the Root Certificate and Revoked Certificate Updater of 02/24/2022 created by me in section Downloads

It works perfectly and is intended to keep your system as recent as possible regarding your Root Certificates.

Quote

A root certificate is a digital certificate that belongs to the issuing Certificate Authority. It comes pre-downloaded in most browsers and is stored in what is called a “trust store.” The root certificates are closely guarded by CAs.

Another change has come.

The contents of the updroots.sst file have been changed; the contents of the other * .sst files are unchanged.

I have builded Certificates repack for my XP2ESD project. It's simple standalone WinRAR SFX to easily update SST files when needed.
