My best weapon against viruses is myself. I dont need no **** anti virus software.

More resources for things that matter. Such as video encoding and playback. :D

i am using right now kaspersky to try new on-demand technology, but i felt more secure with symantec antivirus corporate 9..

SAV 9 (9.0.2 is the one we use) can use a server on a newpork to get updates and trigger scans. It's part of a package. It also uses a coommon setup almost mike looking at a ms type software program with tree setu pn the left with options on the right. t's more stable and better. It does cost a lot. But I get it free at work.

Well I like both Kaspersky and Symantec Antivirus. Kaspersky has a good interface and frequent updates but is resource hog although that wouldn't matter to me since so much I have 2GB of RAM & fast processor. I usually install and then uninstall (in VMWare) one of the other to test them when I new update appears but currently I'm using symantec which I would recommend to anybody.
