I have decided to modify ( upgrade ) my Sega Genesis. It is model 1 USA. I have been searching for a image guide that shows the completed work. I don't want to add a switch yet. Just place two wires and unplug them if I have to. I see some tct diagrams but no images that makes sense. About IRC. I myself would use it but I need a client that is superior. I have used it where it has been found people can force quit of other people using IRC with a command. The IRC is nice for freedom of exchange but there is too many "channels" to go threw. You can even open your own channel from a PC at home which is nice but at the same time confusing. Enditall IRC is not my thing especially with the ability to share files.

For some reason Xp/2000 NTFS system does not use the same functions as Windows 98. This is what I beleive what might be the problem. However it could just be the writer program itself. Also burning at fast speeds or even reading fast is never good for aged products. I would do what I was doing until my alcohol was deleted in a crash leaving it unable to reinstall. Use another program with a ISO/ Nero image file you produced in NERO and burn it. The only problem is if you have no space then the ISO will be there to use in any program that can read it. There is also this fireburner I keep hearing about also.

Call the number on the back of your game box ( X-box complaint ) and complain???? Yes this is all over the place I keep hearing. That is a complete lie. He is probably trying to add-suspence to making people go outside and buy the darn thing instead waiting otherwise Advent ........ Also the thing is called dummy space. They did it on the dreamcast, GCN, and even other systems. I can only guess the game has dummy space that has code splattered all over the place to make sure nobody sucks out the game via X method. Otherwise you will have a big 50GB file to compress ( which can you even compress? ) Most people have a 30GB Hard drive while other people have like two 100GB HD. I myself have only one 100GB. Those who have the cash would rather let the game fail and wait for it to drop in prices. The only thing I really care about is Metal Gear creator screwing around with dialog dew to retard fans wants for a even more pro covert game then a adventure comic game. I just want to see what I sawed in the previous installments. Nothing new. Still I don't own a PS3............yet and plan not for a very long time. I don't think there is such a thing. I know you can make a PDF that is locked so you can't print out copies or it has hidden data so that when it prints it uses up the ink or a Water mark. I would just use a compression method that has a password feature. It is more simplier then having to hope the next computer you use has the same PDF lock method otherwise you will not be able to view the file. Also you don't want to have this feature in PDF at all unless your a private business and have coperate theives running around. If it is for home use just use a compression method that has a built in password.

About the AC3 sound. You can edit the stereo settings manually ( I forget the program but there is many ) so that when it plays it will access left or right speaker. I don't know about surround sound. When getting the files whatever format it is in will not affect the stereo settings. However I personally like to use mp3 as the limit for me. You can edit the AC3 file or any file so that it will play louder in one speaker but you have to do it manually. That is like taking notes on the regular release. My advice if you just want a direct copy is to get the toaster machine where you insert discs to make a diret copy without no need for a computer at all. Those machines are the bests at doing that. However for backing it up or converting it to a alternative type using Nandub like somebody said is the best way to go in There is also automatic versions of rippers that does everything for you with one click ( but I forget the name ).

Like many people here I am tired of having to upgrade my drivers or use certain drivers to access a cell phone storage. What is even worst is how you can't even install things ( java applets ) or move them around freely as you did before. I use a Sprint phone ( at the moment ) and I just want to install some games and applets but it wants me to install this and that. I use 98 and I do not want to have to install any consumer programs at all that has some kinda fancy setting. I just want a explorer or browser so that Ican upload and remove data from my phone ( OR ANY PHONE ) with ease no diffrent then accessing a Flash device. I ( an many people ) is looking for a browser that you can turn off and on and will allow free movement threw all the phones folders no diffrent then browsing your system folders. I just want to install some games, and some sound things without having to go threw the trouble of text typing or uplaoding. My best advice is that your computer sounds good the way it is and there is no need for upgrade. I really can't see the use for Vista at all but being the ultimate GUI computer where high graphics is pumping out 24/7 . I like the way it is now where I can have my games running while using a browser that has the same graphics as them. The hypo graphics OS is uneeded and Vista is there for those who have no idea of what to do with there money.

Nobody cares since there is a number of flash players and pdf viewers for phones. Flash is not anybodys property at all to say who can use it with what. Flash is just a replacement for microsoft powerpoint. Flash only needs a small amount of files and could be a self exapandable exe file that hs all the files. No biggie

By streaming I am guessing you have the files setup to playback in real, Apple Quicktime, and Windows media player. There is no law against streaming the books at all. It is only wrong to have etc items for download. However since your school does not have such a server setup to distubute files streaming is not a bad thing at all. What your thinking of is somebody using a player to stream and save. Which is perfectly okay. You need to adjust settings for it not to save. Anybody breaking these rules is there own doing. Sadly the internet is so vast that you can send files back and forth regaurdless of what anybody says. For the sake of learning there is no wrong in that right??

This is not a boot screen this is the logo you are talking about. If it is Windows XP, 2000, there is a special thingy you have to do and it is in that section. You can see it give you a preview when ytou replace the original loading screen. If it is Vista I have no idea maybe it is the same thing. All Usb flash storage devices should read as USB flash storage no diffrent then any other flash. Even a regular HD at most should read as a flash drive and work no diffrently then a USB flash only with you turning it on and off and hoping the drive definition does not getr scrambled and you will have to erase it manually or reinstall the driver. However in the case of regular HD ( like the ones in most PC ) you might need a special device that will tell you the drive you are using is a real HD and not a USB flash. In the case of the PSP like the NDS/Wii seperate network connection you would need an alternative driver file that can reconize your PSP when you hook it up like a PDA. Take for example the Synchronize option in windows 95/98 that is no longer in high use when people roamed around with Laptops ( True Micro Computers ) and called it portable. There is various programs that can link and even istall from another computer. There might be one on a PSP pro forum somewhere.....in which I doubt it would be a official forum. Maybe even a PSP upgrade forum or something like that.

Better yet buy a HD-DVD add-on and install it on to your own PC. The drivers are out and now you too can play miles and miles of HD-DVDs on a regular PC along with write and read miles and miles of HD-DVD on a regular PC.

This is kinda a crazy question. Depending on your location if you have a strong network like forsay in Korea then you will be getting speeds that is around 100MB to 10000GB. You will not get higher speeds from switching to any OS at all. If I had a computer on the Net for data purposes I would go with the one with the simplest setup. Which would be a command line no GUI OS.

Well what I was planing to do ( but will never get around to it since I dislike these ) was to just take parts of the HTML search call up code from the google / Startem / Jebbs / AOL and make a html page with all these bars and then search. Input the HTML as a background on your desktop and presto instant searcho anytime but..... 2. You can also use a flash maker/complier ( like flash FX/MX whatever ) and build a flash executable that will load each time you turn on the PC. This way the flash will load with the search engine bar inside it and you search and it opens a bigger window. 3. You can make a HTML page that allways open everytime you turn on the PC with a small enough window to search in that will display results as you search. You can also remove borders ( which I do not know how to do ) to make it look stylish. In terms of just finding one I have the mini browser that is in my WinAmp.

That program you are using has diffrent interger values then a program using etc that 2000/NT/XP uses. Well you could also make a request to Microsoft on what is the alternative to this complier since you have been using this one so long. In my terms I would probably search for a complier that dates back to Windows NT since XP/2000 is practically NT but with Home support. Speaking of which what business are you into?

Well in most cases a Cyber Cafe tends to be like a regular cafe with round tables each with a labtop and some areas where people can bring in there own labtop. Then you would charge a certain amount for a certain time of usage. About the food it is practically cafe food in most cases. Also about the private rooms the cafe is a regular food place/ diner/ resteraunt and then the rooms where a person can lock and pretty much do whatever they want to do ( however some cafes have cameras for safety ) and you would be charged a certain amount or no amount at all. Then there is the ones where it is just computers but you have to remember they do this at the libarary for free. So I am guessing there is not alot libararies or the area is a really active area. If it is not an active area then I doubt there will be many people stoping by. Also these started out when people barely had access to the internet. In some I see people playing that WOW game and that 3d Explorer 2nd life. Your Cafe is looking alright in terms of basic structure......I want to see it with users.

Well the only reason I need not to use 98 is the file size limit over 4 GIGS and that is about it. I am considering moving to MSX or even AppleII. Speaking of Apple I might need a OSX or G3 machine later. Soooooo in short there is no reason not to use 98 at all since hey the OS rules and has tons of support the only thing better is WINE if I ever decide to start using Linux or even Unix. Then again Sun BSos and so on. So in short 98 for everything since I can't afford or am to lazy to learn how to operate anything else

If you miss your themes so much then I suggest importing from another computer with them. I would just go to themes and install the files manually.

WMA ( Windowe Media Audio ) has bee around forever. However in terms of size output that is the only reason why you could ever want to use the WMA file type. MP3 is todays and is the only standard to audio aside from "Doulby Stereo" AC3 format that is commonly used in DVD's. Mp3 is the most basic you have out there. Also while Mp3 is the basic just encoding it without no changes will give practically the same sound. However you said Real HD?????? If this is a newer format and thus might be better?? or then again just the same old RA ( real Audio format ) regaurdless of what change there will be loss. I would just use a direct Real to X converter that you can drop on top of. Regaurdless of what you save it as there will be loss, or file increase, or reduction. I would look into the GCN ( Gamecube Nintendo ) format. The GCN use this format to store big sound files ( like MP3 ) in a smaller format. It has been out for awhile and people use it to store music. But you can only play it in Winamp and other players if you have the right file. There is also a looping problem ( since this type was made to go on forever as with most game music ).
