MikeyHunt Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 Microsoft bites bullet, licenses Adobe's Flash Lite for Windows MobilePosted Mar 17th 2008 6:33AM by Thomas RickerMicrosoft is expected to shore-up its much maligned Internet Explorer Mobile browser this morning by announcing new Flash Lite support. We have no idea when the new plug-in technology (including Reader LE for PDFs) might make it into Windows Mobile. Nevertheless, with the far superior Skyfire and Opera Mobile 9.5 mobile browsers already supporting Flash Lite, and Microsoft's own competing Silverlight not expected to go mobile until the end of the year, it can't be long now can it?Courtesy of Engadgethttp://www.engadget.com/2008/03/17/microso...te-for-windows/
Ludwig Von Cookie Koopa Posted May 3, 2008 Posted May 3, 2008 Nobody cares since there is a number of flash players and pdf viewers for phones. Flash is not anybodys property at all to say who can use it with what. Flash is just a replacement for microsoft powerpoint.Flash only needs a small amount of files and could be a self exapandable exe file that hs all the files. No biggie
