Does the error say anything else? Try re-downloading it? and reinstall. I love the New messenger, nice extra lil features, looks nicer and juts gernally feels nice

Have you tried going into a window and going: Tools > Folder Options Then under Browse folders select: Open each folder in its own window. This maybe what your lookign for...but maybe a completely different thing!

I had this when i had installed windows and wanted to activate on the initial setup b4 u log into windows, as most peopel have broadband, and with me, my connection wasnt establishe duntil i fully log in, so i cancledd activation and waited for it to remind me again in windows and it worked. Dont know if thats the same senario for you...if not just fone them?

depends what kind of things you store, if you store a lot of video files/mp3's etc...depends on what you plan to store on it...if you dont think you need it, then save the money and just go with 250. if your getting a 250/300 cause you keep filling it up, go 300.

I have always used IE, and always will. I use it as its there, dont need to install anything else, compatible, never had any problems with it...why change? cant be arsed, IE comes with Windows...no probs with it. Also, I can't stand threads like this, its like asking: Whats the best Cheese? WTF!?

I can undersatnd your points...but isnt the POINT of raid cost effective? I can get a 200GB sata for £60, where as a 74GB Raptor would cost me £115 Dont get me wrong a Raptor would be VERY nice, can't knock them in the slightest. When it comes to the lovely thing called money...some peole don't wanna spend that much, which is why RAID is there, no? Also, I do a lot of video editing as well, so that would benefit me, Im thinking of RAID 0, due to speed and space...I can always easily back up essential files on my external and DVD.

Ok, I wanna set up a raid on my system, at current i got a 200gb WD SATA, with 2 IDE drives, 80 and a 60, and a 160 external backup. I would like to shoot off the 60 and 80, and get another 200 and raid it with my current 200. But im not sure what Raid to choose, Raid 0 or 1. Now I play a lot of online games, but i do like the idea of Raid 1 being a mirror, im very back up concious! So just curious to see what you guys think/suggest.

As Jcarle said, different manufactures have different policies...some are like if its so many in the centre, then its faulty, if its like one about centre, its not faulty so no replacement...one company did/has got a zero dead pixel policy...meaning even with 1 dead pixel its faulty...so many policies tis annoying
