Ok, You know when you install a device, then move it to another PCI Slot, it reinstalls the hardware, but when it places it in device manager it lists it, but with a #2 after it...I know its just cosmetic, but anyway to rename it? I have tried editing the Registry, but it fails to complete it, just gives an error when renaming....any ideas?

No way, u probably wouldnt find that much difference in spec ultimately. So in a way the company will be probably making money off u....Stick with what you got for a while longer, come on, I still got a Barton 3200+ running all the latest games sweetly!

Got a question about this....when i copy my windows install from cd to my hard drive for integrating the raid driver, can i copy my Unattended CD install to the hard drive, integrate my raid driver, then burn it back to cd, and it will still be UA and have the drivers installed without asking for the floppy disk?

ok...just reinstalled win xp. For somereason, when I have my dongle plugged into one usb port it doesnt connect, fails, any other port works fine, finds it and installs it, i know that port works as i have tested it, i think it may be sommit to do with the fact it was in that sock during xp install?? how can i fix this

Ok, just got meself a nice SATA drive, 200GB W/D.... On installing windows it asks for the driver for SATA, no prob, put them on folppy detects it, I select I want the OS on that SATA drive, ok, Then when it comes to copy the files it says cannot copy si3112r.sys.....it reads the floppy drive, but nothing.... Any ideas?

The way I see it and have tested it, I say AMD for games, Intel for Programs (video editing etc) either for standard use. but, back on topic...Mr AMD and Mr Intel....well, I very much doubt they get paid £20,000 a year...more like £100,000??? more???? Yes, thats where the profit and money goes! not to mention all the other directors etc etc so on and so forth. its a joke, same for software programs, some git driving round in a £500,000 car, nice house, boat, what else??? thats where the money goes....
